Thanks for this. I am on the Magic in 2 weeks and definitely want to try this out. I have only ever been on the older smaller Carnival ships w/o this feature.

The main thing I love about every ship is Blue Iguana Cantina. For some reason its so criminally overlooked on every ship. So not much of a tip, but rather an observation.

I searched but couldn't find an answer. We have two groups in one car going to the port. Unfortunately we do not all have the same boarding time. Will they let us in together? Or will 2 people have to stand outside and wait? The port in question is Port Canaveral. Thanks for the help.

This will be a cruise for my wifes 50th birthday, so I hope this will be great. Never done Canada. We typically had done Caribbean, but of course last year we had Hurricanes everywhere and missed every port lol.

I don't cruise often enough to get tired of it. And in fact because of that I do enjoy getting some of my favorite dishes again when I do get back on board.

I cruise in 3 weeks, but my last cruise was before they cut the free room service. I had a great time. Let's see how I feel this next time with the room service changes.

Commenting late, but I know Carnival takes things seriously. Pre-covid first day on board a guy was very drunk and slapped a girls behind during the lido deck going away party... and he was in the brig for almost the rest of the cruise.

This made me think back to my first cruise on Carnival. Things have changed so much. No band in the stage shows. The girls in the stage shows aren't dressed in super skimpy attire anymore. No nude sundeck. Lots more CDs and less real entertainers. But on the upside, we now have much more food choices, fun choices, and the electronic improvements have made huge increases in QoL (including the virtual muster). I think I much prefer the new Carnival.

I think I probably enjoy what you guys call "insufferable".

I finally hit platinum in September. I sure hope we get something cool like this.

I personally would enjoy either, but recently I have much preferred eastern. However if you were planning to go in Hurricane season, I would pick West.

Depends on what you meen by recent. Since November I have booked two 7+ day cruises on Venezia at great prices.

Pretty funny. One cabin can EASILY drink one bottle in a day and they will not be as drunk as most people on cheers IMO.
