Thanks for the video! We forgot about the Crystal blocks and had a note in our cabin on the Allure at the end of January that we would receive our first one but it would need to be mailed to us, still waiting on it. Wonder if it will be the new one? Just got off a 10nt on the Radiance in a GS and turned D+ during the sailing (won't be recognized until our next cruise) so now to look at the list and see what D+ with 181 points after they show up can pick from.

We are back from our cruise and did the Eco Tour. The bus ride is 30min each way and you got to see the beautiful scenery, I have never seen so many banana trees in my life. I wore beach type sandals and a sundress and that worked perfect for me. It was warm out so the sundress was very comfortable. We however only saw a sloth in a tree and a few birds, some people saw a monkey that was in the trees but quickly hid. I know this part can't be controlled but we were disappointed in how little wildlife we saw. I would probably not do this excursion again. When you arrived the bus drops you off at the top of the hill, there are bathrooms there and also down the hill, some small snacks like chips and drinks to purchase and they gave us a small bottle of water. There was a golf cart to take people down to the boats and then back up after if you had mobility problems. After watching several older people with canes or walkers I would not suggest this tour if you have a mobility problem but it is doable.

So what is a silver card? We are Diamond (turn D+ on this cruise & know that won't be recognized until our next) but are in a Grand Suite so what color card will we have? Once on the Allure we got a Royal Up to a 2 Bedroom Grand Suite and had a dark purple card I think.

Do you know the name for the monkey/sloth place? I'm trying to find it on google maps. We know where Captain Jack's is and have been there several times for good food and drinks.

I know this is an older post but I have almost the same question and wondering about any recent updates. We are Diamond (will turn D+ on this sailing) and got a Royal UP from a JS to a Grand Suite so now have access to the Suite Lounge. We are sailing on the Radiance on 2/27. Is the happy hour in the Suite Lounge any different than the one in the Diamond Lounge on the Radiance?

If the picture is blurry the nights are: Day 1 - Casual Day 2 - Dress to Impress/White Night Day 3 - 70's Disco Day 4 - Tropical Day 5 - Casual You can always check your cruise planner in the app but sometimes the theme nights don't show up until closer to time. You can also change from your sailing to the current or any one before yours to see but they may change things up depending on 4nt/5nt, etc..

This will be our 6th Royal cruise since Thanksgiving and finally got a Royal Up!! We originally used a casino offer to book a balcony on the Radiance 10 day 2/27 sailing and while on the Adventure last week we saw a Jr Suite open and were able to move to that with no extra money, they actually said we have to get approval since its showing cheaper than your current room. After that we got an email saying our Royal Up bids were cancelled and we decided not to worry about seeing if we could try to Royal Up again. Well a night or two ago I decided why not and bid $530 total for a 1 bedroom grand suite and just now got the email saying our offer was accepted!!! We are excited and know it won't have the same perks you would get on an Oasis class ship but a bigger room anyway. So tell me what perks we will get and how can we get in touch with the concierge for dinner reservations if that's a perk on the Radiance. We bought the UDP. Our new cabin is 1048.

@GJustice Is there pizza available on the Radiance? Sometimes in need of a late night after the casino snack, lol.

Got an email from the Concierge today 😃 so emailed her back with reservation requests and will see if she is able to take care of that for us.

@GJustice I forgot to ask how many dress up nights there were on your 10nt , bonus points if you know which nights those were. lol

We are just off the Adventure and when talking to our stateroom attendant from a previous cruise they showed us their new cart that is smaller than the old one and is to be brought into each cabin with them. They will also not only be going to once a day cabin service but are each having to clean more cabins so I guess that is why they are going to once a day. Doesn't sound like a good move to me and hopefully there is enough complains to make them rethink the decision. Everyone is different but part of what we enjoy on a cruise is twice a day cabin service, no its not a deal breaker but nice to come back to a tidy clean cabin.
