Personally, I find the food from the poolside grill to be completely inedible. That's why multiple venues are good. If everyone went to the same place, it would be much too crowded.
Email is at least as big a hoop as uploading using the app. In fact, I would say that signing up for and complaining on Cruise Critic is more complicated than uploading a redacted brokerage statement.
I would say good timing. We tried it once and it was the absolute worst crab we ever had. It reminded me of the way mom used to cook vegetables - boil for an hour until there's no texture or nutrition left.
You can try putting something in the comments, but I would say there's less than a 5% chance of someone actually reading the instructions and following through. Wash is pretty much always in extremely hot water, no matter what you request. If you have clothes that you care about anad that need special attention, do not send them in.
The one time we had to use medical services onboard, we got the complete records within two days (while still onboard) without us needing to do anything.
If you'd read the other posts in this thread, it would be apparent that I have been to many (and not just in the U.S.). But to the Japanese public Brazilian is exotic. And so is Mexican.
