  1. Delta shows me leaving from JFK with NO flight at all from BWI to get to JFK. After speaking with a rep from Princess (who I thought was EZ Air because that was the option I pressed) she checked Delta, ITA, and Endeavor (which is dba Delta). No one shows me on a flight from BWI. She then said I have to call EZ Air myself! Ridiculous. She again gave me the same number as a previous rep. Automated starts off saying it is for intransit people but I stayed on this time and there was an option for me. I am again speaking with someone who put me on hold to check to see what flights he can offer. We shall see.
  2. I am on hold now with Princess. She saw what I saw with Delta. She is now checking ITA which is the airline supposed to be from BWI although what I thought I booked was them but was a codeshare with Delta so a Delta plane. @cr8tiv1 I was given that EZ Air # the first time I called but when I heard the automated it said it was for intransit. Rep is still trying to help me. I'll update the resolution.
  3. @love to cruz @Paula_MacFan thank you both for helpful info. Unfortunately, it didn't help except to show me that my schedule shows no outbound flight from my home airport to JFK! On Princess I show BWI to JFK at 12:05 pm. It is ITA airline with a codeshare with Delta. I had already looked at Delta to see no 12:05 flight anymore so I figured that was the problem. Now I see it didn't put us on another flight instead! I guess I have contact Princess again. Ugh.
  4. I know that. Like I said " she was out of the country. No problem ". The main point was that she couldn't help me at all. Even though USA based reps give us wrong info, I find that in general they have better listening skills and don't want to go over every detail of all my flights when that wasn't my question. Now, can anyone answer my questions that I asked in my OP?
  5. I have a cruise in September. I booked EZ Air flights a few months ago. This past Sunday I changed my flights because I got a much better rate. After I booked it I went back in to take my time picking seats. I got a screen saying that flights had changed and will update shortly. That was Sunday. It is now Friday and nothing has changed. My first flight is with Delta and I know they often change flight schedules so I went to their website and saw that my first flight is no longer on their schedule. I called Princess a few minutes ago and got a rep who sounded like she was out of the country. No problem but she didn't help me and tried to spend too much time wanting to confirm all my flights (in great detail). I told her I really needed to speak with EZ Air (if I try to change flights nothing good comes up including return flights). She said she tried to call them but their line was busy and gave me their toll free number to call myself. Well, that number was the in route number if you have problems. I hung up. I called Princess customer service again but again got someone from another country so I hung up without saying anything. Does Princess have any USA based reps? Should I just call at another time? How long does EZ Air take to update my origin flight to a different one? Thanks.

  7. We just faxed it Tuesday afternoon and got it Wednesday. Our cruise is 5 months away. I suggest you send it again and hope someone else processes it.
  8. So all of you were able to split OBC that was listed for one person? Example: I have $0 OBC left but dh has $100. I can book an excursion online that costs $50/person and dh $100 OBC can be used for both of us so I don't need to pay any $?
  9. Go to travel. Then click manage my flights. I think there is a button that says change flights. Click that. The screen that comes up will be like you are starting anew and there will be a spot to change the default economy to whatever class you want. Understand that it is like you are starting from scratch looking for flights. After you pick flights it will ask you if you still want to change etc before you have to confirm.
  10. I was only using the words that were used by someone else. They definitely said "gave up". If Princess formally changed it then it would be on their website with what to wear. There would also be numerous threads on here about it!
  11. Thank you for your review. I hope you had a good time. I did read a couple of weeks ago that someone said they were told that they have given up trying to enforce the dress code. That is probably the reason for people dressing as they did.
  12. Sorry no one answered your question. Yes, it is gone. It was discontinued a couple of years before the pandemic.
  13. @gottagocitYou may have misunderstood me because I said the same thing as Coral but in different words. Princess insurance will not cover you while exploring areas in the days before and after a cruise. If you have a medical emergency then you are up the creek if you don't have other insurance.
  14. Keep in mind that unless you are flying to embarkation port the day of your cruise then Princess insurance will not cover you on those days before the cruise unless you book a Princess hotel through Princess. Same applies for after the cruise. If you only care for the Cancel for any reason coverage then you might not need to be concerned about this.
  15. @cr8tiv1 I'm so excited for your trip! When are you going? If wifi is good maybe you could do a live from or even a sometimes live from. Sorry though that you have to slum it with no WS. Lol.
  16. We did the 28 day r/t from LA to the South Pacific so we crossed it 2x. We met a guy in the Horizon Court at lunch who was a local that was invited onboard for lunch. I don't remember if it was Samoa or American Samoa but if you fly from one to the other you arrive the day before you left!
  17. I have a big stack of all my bags. I have no use for them at home (although have occasionally used the three canvas bags that I got from being in a WS). I figured that some day when I move I can use them to pack things!

  19. It sounds to me like this is possible fraud. That is probably why when the OP contacted the credit card company they closed the account and are sending her a new one.
  20. Thanks. I was thinking that was like the pizza normally on Lido deck because someone mentioned no food near the pool.
  21. I just checked the deck plans. Not impressed. It does say they have self serve laundromats but none are labeled that I could see. Is there an. Alfredos/Gigis? I don't remember seeing it.
