Great cruise review, thanks again! 😎 Been to Murano for a day trip but love your hotel. Loved it. Bought some beautiful glassware, of course. One thing we learned about the Venice/Murano/Burano area is that things are expensive and things are not that user friendly for a tourist. I have stories.....have a good day. 😊

Good Monday afternoon everyone! Been reading along but not posting much. Everything continues to be great on the Daily; sharing knowledge, the funny memes and caring for everyone. Thanks to everyone for contributing.☺️ The Summer is busy as I expected but really fun with weddings, graduations, baseball games of nieces (so cute!) to name a few things. This week looks like rainy/stormy, hot with flooding alerts. We are finally out of our >2 year drought but now on the other end of having enough water/rain. It is always something! I should be OK as I don't live too close to water. Had some really good fresh cherries for lunch. I am thinking they are in season but they were yummy!! Love a good galette savory or fruit. I downloaded the mushroom and leeks recipe, looks really good! Thanks @dfish. @durangoscots Susan, Happy, Happy Birthday! 🎂 🥂 If we lived closer I could come by, pick you up for a Birthday lunch. Hope your day is going good! Also been busy planning my travel schedules. The big news for me is that I booked the 2026 GANZ cruise. I loved, loved the GANZ this past Winter so will go again. I believe I booked about 1 1/2 years out the last time so this is about the same, it just seems long. This time I will know what and what not to do and bring! Lots of laughter around that...LOL. I also have some trips planned for this Fall and a couple of cruises in the Winter. Seems like alot now that I have written them down! Safe travels for everyone on a cruise, those cruising soon and those with any kind of travels! I read about your glorious sailings and have bouts of jealousy! Really? I have never been able to do this with NCL. Can you show me where? It is not on any NCL website reservation that I have had. Also, in the FAQs is says they need to be done by telephone. TIA.

There are cruiselines that require a phone call to cancel a cruise. I know NCL does for sure. I thought it was a pain to have to do that. It may be more of a deterent, more to trace if something like this happens, albeit not perfect. They are victims of a crime. Why are people blaming the victims? We have all done things that we could possibly end up being a victim just because. That is for a different discussion. Be safe all! 😎

Not really funny if you have had a bathroom water backup on a ship because someone down the line did what they weren't supposed to do. It is disgusting. Then the maintenance people have to find what the issue is. This is a very real problem on ships because of people choosing to be ignorant. Sorry to be the downer here...

Hi Everyone! Lots of fun kiddos chat today. @dfish Debbie, the note from River is precious. I hope it is on display on your refrigerator or some place else in your home. Sweetie Addi is adorable! Big congrats to your family on a new member. I hope her parents and brother are doing good. 😊 @cruising sister, Lorraine, sweetie Murphy looks great. It is a precious picture. She is growing up nicely; she looks healthy and happy. Your little DGD looks alot like your side of the family. IMO, she has your eyes. So grown up now at 4yo having a solo sleep over. No having to take her home during the night. Looks like you both had lots of fun. 😄 @Cruising-along Carolyn, glad the water park was great fun with the boys. They are growing up nicely too!
