Check out this thread. I posted a scaled floor plan and photos of the Ultra Deluxe Veranda cabins (formerly Family Veranda) from Reflection. The two UV cabins on Deck 8 have larger interiors and balconies than their counterparts directly below them on Deck 7.

During the one and only time we cruised out of Venice, we (family of 4) had the hotel get a water taxi to shuttle us from VCE to the hotel. The price was a bit expensive, but it was for 4 of us and it was a nice convenience after taking a redeye flight over the Atlantic. When we showed up at the dock, we did not see our water taxi. So after a quick call to the hotel, one arrived fairly quickly.

Also I would strongly suggest that you copy and post your problem over at the Cruise Air forum on Cruise Critic. That forum is actively patrolled by @FlyerTalker @Globaliser and others who are very air knowledgeable and may offer some useful advice. It certainly can't hurt. Sorry to hear about your continuing predicament and good luck with getting it resolved soon.

My wife and I observed a green flash only one time. However that was on land in California as we were watching the sun set over the Pacific. We have seen a total solar eclipse from a cruise ship though (over 6 min long!).

Yes, I could see that--especially since we did the South America/Cape Horn sailing on her back in 2016. Infinity docked at Ushuaia, Argentina on Dec 31 2016.

Thank you for the explanation for the table and the clarification on Summit's affected sailing dates. We have a Summit cruise planned for this coming April with nonrefundable air already purchased. I just wanted to make sure we were good--for now.
