  8. I booked a November 4 cruise with casino free offer. I need flight home at end of cruise. Will it be a problem if I book my flight directly with airline not ez air?
  9. REALLY? I was on Sky Princess transatlantic March 2022 and we had NO INTERNET for the entire crossing. Picture the chaos and line at guest services with passengers complaining every day. We received credit but we wanted the internet. Connect to Starlink Princess ASAP PLEASE!
  10. The casino dept put me in touch with a rep from Guest Services. NOT EZ air. I was able to book the flights I want. Still flexible flights although I had to pay for them in full. This is the thing to know about casino comped cruises. Cost of cabin is only thing left unpaid for casino services to take care of several weeks before sailing. Guest pays taxes ,port fees, transfers and air in full at time of booking. There is also $200pp nonrefundable deposit which becomes OBC when you board the ship. When all is said and done I guess it is still a good deal . Of course that is if there are no screwups. It may be my imagination but it seems there are many more casino comped offers than ever. Thanking anyone who can add their experience to this.

  13. Finally I have my flight after waiting all day getting several useless callbacks. Navigator at casino services connected me to a guest services rep. Of course it was another 30 minutes before he came on the phone at 7:30 here on the east coast . I was worried phones would shut down for the night. Good luck to everyone on your CCC (Casino Comped Cruise).
  14. One more thing. The cost of the flight has gone up $200 since this morning. LOL
  15. Clarification: I have booked fEZ air flights MANY times through personalizer with no problem. This is the first time they will be connected to a casino comped booking.
  16. Finally a NAVIGATOR called me back. My booking is correct numbers etc. I paid taxes port fees and transfers. Now I want to purchase air through EZ air. CC members have warned me not to purchase EZ air tickets through personalizer online. Navigator says no problem do it. EZ air rep said no problem do it. Will the casino dept make sure my tickets are issued at correct time? Will the air be connected to my cruise booking? Will this casino comped cruise turn into a nightmare for me?
  17. Using two phone lines. Three hours holding and no call back on the other! What is going on? Situation is worse than ever. I called 7am PT because recording said they open 7am. Got a sorry we are closed with a repeat of the 7am start time. GRRR! Bring back the good old Princess days.

  19. Pathi Is the following what I should do to avoid problems with comped cruise? First call the casino # where I booked the comped cruise. Then tell them the flights I want and pay for flights. This is my first time using casino comp for international cruise. What else can go wrong? The casino forgets to pay and cruise canceled?
  20. One more thing. The casino people keep asking if I want to book excursions with them. If they can do excursions they should be able to do EZ air.
  21. Thank you! I thought I saw posts about air getting messed up when booked directly on website. I talked to casino people today and they said no problem book on website. Glad I didn’t listen to rep. Will call back tomorrow. The telephone wait time is just as bad calling casino.
  22. Will EZ air work the same as for a non casino comped cruise? In other words book flexible flights and pay by final date?
  23. Neat comfortable slacks with matching top and jacket . Extra comfortable shoes. Absolutely NO boarding pictures!
