I would echo what you said and add that the removal of the London office cruise consultants to offer incentives such as OBC is yet another backward step. I am struggling to understand what these people do anymore except buffer between an awful air department and the guests. They certainly don’t answer emails promptly anymore.
I’m not comparing, but based on significant previous comments about SS and Oceania, especially food, SS is no longer 6* and is probably not even a 5* line.
For most of the last week the main shows have been at 6:15 ( 5 out of 7 days) so missed the Queen show for the second time in 11 days. Apparently too many complaints from those who wish to be in bed by 9pm! IMHO SS is turning into an unadvertised version of SAGA.
That’s interesting as I thought the awards didn’t have a time limit. We were going to use our last one on a 2020 cruise that was cancelled by SS due to COVID. No one ever said anything about us loosing the award.
