  1. Oops! I see that you do have a pair of slacks in the bag. You might need them in London, too. I see you have a sweater…I might add a shawl to drape over your shoulders in the churches in Italy. No bare knees or shoulders. When in Spain and Italy churches are always on the tour…but I found it interesting that in Greece not one church was mentioned. EM
  2. I think for that itinerary I would pack/wear one pair long pants. I think Munich will be cooler than the Med. cities/ports. EM
  3. Arrival Breeze will sail from Galveston. EM
  4. It’s going to be in the 80s, probably high humidity. Stay in the shade and keep hydrated, preferably not with alcohol or caffeine. Or stay in a/c. EM
  5. Not bad, but I would probably pack half that for a four day cruise…but you will figure it out. EM
  6. Two other places to research this: 1. On the Ports of Call board for Europe; 2. The MSC board here, under Cruise Lines A-O. EM
  7. It depends on the class of ship as to the bed configuration. Some have the sofa bed that does not fold out and a bunk above it. Some have a foldout single with bunk above the large bed. But also importantly, keeping your balcony door open sucks a/c out of other rooms in your sector to keep your room cool. It’s a no no, and there are signs on the balcony doors asking you not to do it. EM
  8. Both lines will have kids programs, but NCL will have more features to entertain kids than any Princess ship. EM
  9. Hmmm…I thought Dream class was the first to have the ropes course. Must be getting old. EM
  10. When my mother had a knee replacement there was no rehab space, so rehab came to the home. EM
  11. You have lots of company today Check out the big yacht M’Brace that belongs to Michael Jordan…
  12. Welcome to Cruise Critic. There is a forum here called Ports of Call where you can research St. Thomas and your other ports. EM
  13. My previous passports had a place to enter your home address in pencil. The new one from last year only has a place for phone, email, and next of kin in pencil. I never had to notify anyone when I moved. EM
  14. Saturday 3/16 Oceania Sirena passing through westbound
  15. Kotor tender docks right at the entrance to the walled city. Split…there might be a shuttle into town, as I understand the terminal is a distance from the city. Last two times I was there it was a tender port except for ferries and small ships. EM
  16. Solstice class of Celebrity doesn’t have them. EM
  17. A packable tote bag from LugLife.com. Holds at least two beach towels. EM
  18. Cruisedeckplans.com is your friend. EM
  19. We are currently five hours behind as we went on DST before Europe does. But it will soon be back up to 6. EM
  20. Not yet. She is becoming a Smart Ship with the app, but no wristbands yet. EM
  21. Welcome to Cruise Critic. Just Google Azores weather in May. Nassau will be warm. Atlantic will probably be comfortable on your balcony but take a coverup in case it is breezy. EM
  22. I object because their reason for filming is to put it out on their blog and YouTube to make money. Easy money? The same reason I object to people making a Perfect Guide to…posting it here with a link to YouTube….and making money through hits. I seldom look at videos, occasionally if someone is looking for cabin pics, occasionally one in a Live from. Many are so poorly done they are painful to watch. EM
