  1. Thanks PacnGoNow; that's what I thought, I recall that issue a while back but wasn't sure.
  2. So, only when you make a bid do you see the actual location of the cabin?
  3. Aw! Why do they do that? The cruise in question is SOLD OUT but, we still get an email that says we can upgrade to a Sky Suite, an Owner's Suite, a Penthouse Suite, a Premium Suite or a Vista Suite. All these suites don't show up when you check the cruise because the cruise is SOLD OUT. Do they simply hold these cabins with the possibility that an existing cruiser will upgrade? How does one know where the location of these cabins are, (there are people who are concerned with location).

  6. I know people who have simply paid for the cost of the cruise with not a penny more. No package, no specialty dining, no spa, etc. And, from talking with them, they had a fantastic cruise.
  7. there's no way I'm going to provide my cc to some unknown company on the shore. There's enough scamming going on in the world today.

  9. Time to write a letter to the top managers of Princess, there’s no reason one has to go thru this issue!
  10. I wouldn't provide a credit card information for shoreside; don't know who or what they are, don't trust them, --- providing this info for shipboard on Princess is ok. From Princess staff they said it doesn't affect your boarding. (fingers crossed).
  11. One problem I see with the new app is with the credit card process. I've authorized a credit card for shipboard charges on Princess. That's ok. But it wants a credit card for shoreside charges and wants me to authorize something named Radiqal Gaming, LLC to store my payment method. Who are these people? We never use a charge card on shoreside, only cash. Not authorizing it so my Payment Methods are incomplete.

  13. If you’re looking for fine dining, you should head for a high quality restaurant not a cruise.

  15. I have seen this info before and wrote it down, but lost it, 🙁. How long before your sailing date, do they send the Medallions to your home? Thanks.
  16. Just make sure you call early, like 9:00 a.m. when they open up. You get a better chance of getting a rep at this time, but no guarantee

  19. If and when you get an opportunity to do an upgrade to your reservation, is it worth the cost? Is there anything you have to be aware of or concerned with, if you do the upgrade? Is this a “bid on the upgrade” issue?Thanks!

  22. Lucky you, I've been trying to upload a photo for over a month, app keeps failing, same with the web site. 😒
