  1. Sorry I am not answering your question, but we also have had Nationwide Flexplus insurance and could you tell me please has the monthly premium gone up from £13 per month since it went over to Aviva?

  4. Is anyone about to sail on the New Cunard Queen Anne?? If so can you please update us regards the Spa area and if there is a Free Sauna in the Gents Changing Room like Queen Victoria.

  6. For those who are on the Queen Anne cruise at the moment. Could you please look in the Ladies or Gents changing rooms and see if they have done away with the Free Sauna, which is on both the Queen Victoria and Elizabeth. Or do you now have to pay to go to the Spa. Thank you.

  9. Andre, We were on the same cruise and had the same problem, but we sorted it the second day of the cruise. Seabourn Square said they had a Computer glitz and many on board had not had their OBC put on to their account. What annoyed me was the fact that they said they needed proof or paperwork to say about the OBC. I showed them the papers which gave the amount but they still said they could not do anything till Seattle confirmed this. This another thing that Seabourn seems to be getting wrong.

  11. I would not worry we find that once onboard they are always available.
  12. Our last QV cruise last December the corkage charge was 25 dollars per bottle, if consumed in the Restaurant.

  15. Stu, Have you had a referral voucher, I see it is your first time on Seabourn. You could get 250 dollars as a first time cruiser.!!
  16. See you are on Quest, not sure about the Spa day passes, but you can also go into the Sauna on Quest for free. It is situated in the Gents changing room, the ladies have one also. There is no heated beds in there though just the changing room and sauna and showers. Is this your first Seabourn Cruise?
  17. Pity Seabourn does not given us the option to have a kettle in our room. Lots of cruise lines do this, it also helps with room service as people are prepared to brew their own tea in a morning. It also means you get a fresh cup of tea or coffee and it will be hot. Now waiting for all the brick bats to be thrown for suggesting such a thing. LOL!!
  18. Yes we have received the Pins last week, just in a Blue Box as you mentioned. At least we have them after 10 months of waiting!!!

  20. Can you book the Retreat before you embark, or do you do it once on board. Cannot see anywhere on the web site to book pre-cruise??

  22. Did anyone in the UK receive an email from Seabourn about their 100 days Sailed Milestone Gift.? and did you get anything? This was way back in October last year. All filled in and sent back to Seabourn, since then nothing has happened, not even an acknowledgment that they are actioning it. Is this another glitz in the communications from Seabourn??
  23. Question 1. You can choose once on board just ask your Steward or Stewardess. Just choose what you drink, either spirits for wine. Question 2. If you just like a sauna then there is no need to purchase the spa pass, they have a sauna in the Ladies and Gents changing rooms for free.
  24. Just booked and we have got OBC for both of us, so per person not per cabin, for us.
