    We have booked Seabourn Encore in a V3 Balcony and have got the 1000 dollars so not sure why you cannot get it. This cruise is for June this year. It is shown on the Invoice as 500 dollars per person..

    I am sure that the Encore has a FREE sauna in the Gents changing room, I have used it many times. Yes you may have been denied by the Spa staff because they want you to purchase a pass. I have seen this many times. It is one thing they never tell you when you have a embarkation look around the Spa.

    On Encore you have free use of a Sauna In the Ladies and Gents changing rooms. If that is what you require.

    Just returned from Encore and we had the bag

    Just off Encore, we did not find any blasts of cold air in the Restaurant, in fact it was quite a warm temperature. You have to remember you are going in November so the temperature outside will be cooler. Yes the Grand Salon can be a little cool.

    Yes I think you will not see a Walk In Wardrobe think it is only a free standing wardrobe.

    Riviera facilites are far better than Insignia, they have both a sauna and steam room which was FOC

    Someone has recently said that Ross is going back to Encore sometime in September.

    It was someone who is sailing on Vista and said that you have to be Concierge or above to use the spa free of charge. I just wonder if they mean the outside deck with the pool. Perhaps when you cruise on Riviera you can please confirm Thanks

    Has Oceania stopped the free sauna and steam on Riviera and Marina, some one has said that unless you now have concierge staterooms or above then you cannot use this facility unless you pay. On all our sailings on Riviera we have never paid for the sauna or steam rooms. I wonder if this is because of their new ship Vista.
