I just responded to a similar request on a specific cruise (Constellation Transatlantic Nov 6, 2023). As a retired minister on that cruise I was able to volunteer my services. Ask on the Cruise Critic board for your cruise. You never know.

I have downgraded from Classic drink package to Zero Proof the last 2 sailings by just going to guest services and telling them I don't drink alcohol. Both times they made a quick phone call and it was done.

On the Reflection transatlantic this April, I ordered the filet mignon from the kids menu a few times. It was the perfect size for me! -
