  1. Now that's funny. Your opinion and ya gotta do you. Celebrity calls it (in print) a dress code. Not a rule. Didn't you read that in what you copied and pasted from Celebrity's website? More of a suggestion and this thread is proof the enforcement is consistently inconsistent across the fleet. Other than the first evening I wear dockers and a golf/polo style shirt every evening in the MDR. I've changed to this in 2016 when Celebrity introduced the new dress code that included evening chic for the evening in the MDR. What you and others wear is none of my business!
  2. No problem getting our double C&A points for each leg of our March B2B cruise on the Explorer.
  3. That takes care of the first two days of the cruise. 😂🍷
  4. Are you calling 1-800-760-0654? I always get a CC rep and the wait time is short.
  5. Celebritrys published suggested dress code guidelines are not a rule. No one is breaking or adhering to a rule! I always wear shorts and a golf/polo style shirt in the MDR on the first evening. On no say it's not so! 🍻
  6. Your CC tier level has absolutely nothing to do with "Pearl" printed on the SeaPass card. @verizon is correct. Pearl (one tier point) is the entry tier level for the casino. We never gamble and are also Pearl. As a matter of fact our BCC tier level should be sand based on that.
  7. Sane here. We did a B2B in March on the Explorer and had the lunch for consecutive cruisers the MDR. Some of our B2B cruises we also were served complimentary wine with our lunch.
  8. I used one ArriveCAN app for both of us. Gives you the option to add additional travelers.
  9. First I've heard that but then again...
  10. I always wear shorts and a polo/golf style shirt in the MDR the first evening.😲
  11. I inputted our passport info and uploaded pictures of our covid vaccination cards a couple of days ago and all is saved. We leave from Boston, so I'll do the Trip Detail portion the morning we board the ship in the hotel waiting for my wife (😉) or whenever the date shows up to add travel info in the ArriveCAN app.
  12. Yes. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/onboard-alcohol-guest-policy
  13. Phone for me as that is what I'll be taking. I'll still take hard copies of everything we need.
  14. Thanks. Good to know. We don't sail until 21 September so 7 August is when we can start the check in process on the app or online. I've already got the ArriveCAN app on my phone and have started that process.
  15. Not going top Alaska. Doing the NE/Canada cruise on the Summit in September. No argument. It is our responsibility. I also feel Celebrity needs to add this to their other covid related travel requirements on their website. OK, off my soap box. Sometime CC is a great place for cruise related info. Glad to be a member. I've got just about all our info in the ArriveCAN app for our September cruise.
  16. You have the option of scanning or inputting the passport info. With the covid vaccination card you have to take a picture of it and attach it.
  17. The link you provided doesn't mention anything about the ArriveCAN requirement. Provide that link. I can't find any mention of the ArriveCAN in the FAQs section.
  18. We have enjoyed our Princess cruises. We haven't cruised with them since 2010. At least we made it to Platinum. We believe Celebrity's Captains Club perks/benefits are better than Princess Captains Circle.
  19. I find RCs app to be as consistent as RCs website. Inconsistent. We did a B2B on the Explorer (March) and the DL was always open. I stopped in one morning around 5:45 before heading out to the walking track. Was coffee available at that time. I don't know. I don't drink coffee.
  20. I agree and we aren't alone. We have a cruise booked directly with Celebrity for 21 September. I never heard anything about the ArriveCAN requirement until reading about it on CC a couple months ago. I guess I'll log into my reservation and see if the requirement is now published there.
  21. After you're October cruise you will have something new to look forward to on the next cruise.
  22. Smoking areas only. Including cigars and pipes.
