    RC, Celebrity, Disney, NCL, Carnival to name a few leave from leave from SJ. RC, Celebrity, NCL leave from the Pan Am Pier. OSJ as a port stop. Carnival leaves from OSJ downtown.

    I'm don't drink coffee, but regardless the coffee machine should be operational. I blame the DLC for not ensuring his/her DL isn't up and running 100% at all times. On our March Explorer cruise the automatic door closure wasn't working one evening on the first leg of the cruise and the DLC had maintenance on it immediately.

    We prefer the DL over the CL on the class of ships (Radiance class, Voyager class and Freedom class we sail on. 2019 was the first year our Seapass cards wouldn't open the CL door on the freedom. No prior notice. But the LA politely advice us. 🍷

    Unlimited drinks at the various bars was something that CC members had before the covid shutdown. Nothing new. IMO, since Celebrity has done away with the evening CC HH in the SL (pre covid shutdown) I liked to see the CC follow the CAS lead with the tier level drinks being all day and the amount based on tier level.

    Wish Celebrity's CC would provide a lounge like the CAS DL. Now Celebrity doesn't do the evening CC HH in the Sky Lounge from 5 to 7:PM with snacks. Yes they do the CC HH from 5 to 7 at most bars. Nowhere near the same. IMO, the perks/benefits are a draw between the CAS and CC.

    One bathroom, cramped space, limited closet and drawer space. No thanks. 😲

    Speaking only for us, we would never base our decision to book or not book a cruise line, ship, itinerary, etc. based on other cruisers positive or negative opinions and experiences. I do find it interesting to read about other cruisers likes and dislikes and reasons.

    If you book a stateroom on deck 10, engine noise will not be an issue.

    Swing and a miss. People were smuggling alcohol onboard long before RC allowed the two 750 ml bottles of wine per cabin. Wouldn't surprise me if some are still smuggling alcohol onboard. If there's a will, there's a way. 😁🍷

    Agree with @TongueTwister and @kwokpot. Makes for a great second bathroom. Also you can enter the mens changeroom directly from the Solarium (single door) avoiding the double doors that go into the hallway.

    When you say, "not been there for quite a while now", when? We were in Curacao March of this year and the market was full with vendors and very busy (locals).

    How RC distributes our gratuities is between them and their employees. If our service isn't what we think it should be, we'll let that person know politely and privately. After that their boss. So far neither has happened.

    Be pissed as the wine should be packed in a carry-on not in checked luggage. Depending on the wine, red or white we would pick out what clothes needed to be sent out to be washed.

    The DVA VA Healthcare greatly improved ~2016 especially for us with a service connected disability. When I first rotated back to the world I use to refer to it as the Dept. Of Veterinarian Healthcare. 👎 Back to the topic. We will be on the Apex March 2023. First time on an E Class ship in a DPV. Looking forward to the intinaries and the ship.

    My wife always gets the PUP offers. I complete them or watch (😉) the webinars. We both always get the PUPs to our individual CC numbers.

    No smoking in any indoor venues with Celebrity, fleetwide. 👍👍 RC only allows smoking in the casino AKA smoking lounge fleetwide. We haven't cruised with Princess since 2010 and surprised to read Princess ships still have limited inside smoking areas.
