George Bush Houston Airport to Galveston
tytanbri replied to ILOVESHIPS's topic in Gulf Coast Departures
Hello, We used Anita Ride to transport our family of seven in March for the Jubilee. They were fantastic. They picked us up at the airport and took us to the hotel and then took us from the ship back to the airport. I highly recommend them! -
It took mine about one week once they approved my stock statement.

Review of Carnival Jubilee Family Spring Break Cruise

We saw alot of teenagers but did not notice college students. I am not sure if that was because the number of them were small or they were well behaved. 🙃 -
Return flight after port Canaveral cruise
tytanbri replied to Brocksterdanza1's topic in Florida Departures
We just booked with Cruise Control for our November Vista cruise. We chose a private shuttle and we a little shocked that they make you select a 15 minute interval to be picked up by the shuttle. Were you on the Vista also? What time did the shuttle pick you up to get to the airport by 9? -
Best inside Havana cabins on Horizon?

How was your room? Did you hear any noise from the band at night? -
Venezia Terrazza Interior thoughts?
tytanbri replied to BroadwayGirl's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
Hey Jamman, I am seeing mixed information on the interior Havana room. The people who stayed on the Panorama in inside rooms said they could not hear anything and those on the Vista said they could hear thumping from the bass in some interior rooms. Have you heard anything on the Vista? We will be in 5222 in November and are debating upgrading to a balcony if the noise on the interior is going to be bad. -

Yes, they will maintain phone contact with us just in case there is a delay. -
Cruise disembarkation question in regards to flight times
tytanbri replied to Danny61231's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
We are going on the Visa in November and are platinum. We plan to carry our luggage off and have a private shuttle scheduled for 8am and a flight at MCO for 12:15. I was doubting myself a little about the time. What are your thoughts on the 12:15 flight? -
Thank you! The deal is identical. I will chose the premier.

I have two different casino offers. One is for a free interior room and drinks on us for myself and companion. I have an identical offer (including deposit and OBC) on the same cruise but it is a Premier. What does the premier offer that makes it different. I have looked through the forum and see the differences between elite, ultra and premier but have not found an answer for my question. Any advice from experienced casino folks would be appreciated.

We did not.

We just got off the Jubilee on March 30th and had two extended balconies (12357 and 12359). They both were really large balconies but only had the two regular chairs and a table on them. We also had the excel suite right next to them (12363). Only the Excel suite had the loungers.

Do you know if they provide a stop to pick up soda? We plan to use them next March from the airport to Cape Canaveral hotel and then back from the cruise ship. We are also looking for suggestions on a shuttle company from the hotel to the port. We are a group of 9 so we would prefer a private shuttle.

I did for the most recent one. I had already applied for the others before Carnival made the switch to Stockperks.

We have been on three cruises in the last 15 months (with the last one being two weeks ago). They were all casino offers with $750 OBC. I did received the $100 for my stocks for each cruise.

Review of Carnival Jubilee Family Spring Break Cruise
tytanbri replied to dctravel's topic in Carnival Cruise Lines
Here are two photo's that my son took. They really liked to room. The balcony was a good size and it was pretty quiet. The location is good since it was in the middle to the two places we frequented (casino and Lido). He noted that the bathroom was a lot smaller than on other ships but he really liked the shower door as opposed to the curtain. -

Great review so far. We were on the ship with you and absolutely loved it. It was our first time out of Galveston and we tried it just because it was different. We had been out of every port except New York and San Francisco but typically go out of Florida. We stayed in 12363, an excel suite, and 12357 and 12359 (balconies). We loved the ship also! -
We stayed at the Home2Suites at 4302 Seawall Blvd. Very nice hotel.

We just used Anita Ride today from port to IAH (used them from IAH to port last weekend) and had a group of 7. They are on facebook and book through there. They were fantastic! I am not sure if they are providing transportation on Sunday but it is definitely worth a try.

We just got off the Jubilee today and used them for a round trip. Our driver was Steven and he was great. Good communication and very accommodating. He picked us up at Bush and took us to our hotel (with a stop at Buccee's ) then from the hotel to port and return trip to Bush airport.

Realistic time for flights out of Houston

When are the worst times of year for fog? -
I am not sure if there is another way to add it but if you do it as Cruise Cash, there is a $500 limit. You are better off doing it once on board.
-
Thank you! That is where we are staying.

Transportation Miami airport to Hampton inn Brickell
tytanbri replied to DennysDad's topic in Florida Departures
We have used Jiffy Jeff three times. Their service is reasonably priced and reliable. They pick us up at the airport and take us to the hotel, then from the hotel to the port and from the port back to the airport when we come back. We usually have a group of 6-8 people but I know they have services for a few to many people.
