I have 4 extra Adventure blocks. 2 old type, 2 new type. Would like to exchange with someone from US for Vision, Explorer, Anthem, Symphony, Harmony, Liberty or Radiance.

We were on Oasis in August. Just the usual reserved section in the balcony for D+, Suites and Pins.

Again, the issue is not canceling, nor keeping the cabin, it’s canceling just one person and expecting a refund (including the cabin fare) for that person. If you try to cancel for COVID for a refund, it generally requires canceling the entire cabin/booking.
As I said before - Call and ask.

The issue is not exposure, but the possibility of only one person on a booking being able to cancel for COVID reasons (with a refund )- not usually possible.
Why not? Royal doesn't want someone with Covid on the ship. We cancel healthy people at the last minute with no problem and still keep the cabin. Call and ask.

In May and August on Adventure it was on the first sea day. Neither of my Adventure cruises were your itinerary.

Does anyone know if this OBC from Visa points is refundable or not at the end of the cruise?
Yes, definitely refundable.

Fall here in the mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania. High today was 60 and will be in the 50's and 60's for the next few weeks. Leaves are starting to turn.

My Travel Agent could see them on his end and he emailed them to me.

Usually, if you cancel for a positive COVID test for a refund, the entire booking is canceled - the OP still wants to go.
If you don't live together and you haven't been exposed to Covid, you should be able to keep your booking. However, RC may adjust your cost to reflect a single booking.

I cancelled a cruise in August because I tested positive for Covid 9 days before the cruise. RC refunded all my money within a week. Had to send them documentation from doctor. If it is within 10 days of the cruise, she should get all her money back.

Mine always show up about 2 - 3 weeks before my cruise. If I'm late requesting them, the obc shows up on the 2nd day of the cruise.

One it is like 3 hours long. People either love it or hate it. I have read so many people say they walk out of it, so we have no desire to see it. I love broadway musicals, that is just one we could care less about.
Cats has been shortened. It is no longer 3 hours. I think it is about 90 minutes now.

I earned a block on Adventure in May. Last week I was on Adventure, & visited the la inquiring about my earned but not received block. She told me there were a few blocks on the ship but were reserved for cruisers who had earned high point levels. Can I ask, how many points you have?
I also asked about the beach towel I earned. She said to wait until day 3-5 for delivery. It did appear in my cabin during that time frame but before it did, I was present when one day she walked to her desk unlocked a draw and removed 3 beach towels, which she could have done the day I inquired.
Towels delivered to my cabin were kids beach towels which were in a protective case, more colorful than the standard navy & white C&A towel and also included 8 round discs which I nor she knew what they were for. I like the kids towels better!
I received 2 Adventure blocks on my cruise in August. One they owed me from May and one I earned in August. 502 points. I also got the regular beach towel and the kids towel in the bag. The kids towel was supposed to be a tote bag but it is such a nice towel, I agreed to keep it.

July 11 is the best! I've done many Norway cruises and this one offers the best ports.

Amp the wifi so it actually works all the time.

Why do I need Bermuda authorization for the NE/Can leg?
You didn't say where the other leg was going so I added this in case it was also going to Bermuda. I had a b2b that hits Bermuda twice.
-
- Don't forget to get 2 Bermuda Travel Authorizations. You need one for each cruise.

I always book early and never paid over 85 euros.

That’s the hotel I seen, there doesn’t seem anything to fancy there
when you say not the greatest, what do you mean
Do you no if there’s places to do the Covid test near there
Just average, at best. Seems others hate this place but I've had no problems there and the location is good.
Don't know about testing in the area, sorry.

Do your research on the Scam Giorgio. Several years ago a number of us booked 4 rooms with them 1 year in advance. As the cruise date approached they suddenly informed all of us that they made an error and our reservations were cancelled due to overbooking. It was over booked because they were still accepting reservations at the higher price. This happened less than 2 weeks before the cruise while most of us were already in Europe. We scrambled to get alternate accommodations and less than 2 weeks out they weren't the greatest and not the cheapest.
Read the Italy boards, check out Trip Advisor. This was not an isolated incident as it was their business model. I would stay away from this place.
I'm aware of that incident. I've stayed there once before and twice after that time and have not had any problems. Just relating my experience with them.

We use San Giorgio. Not the greatest but convenient and provides bus to the ship.
I second Bob's Limo. Great service.

We are mostly RC cruisers but cruise other lines as well. We've done 3 MSC cruises, 1 in a Fantastica balcony and 2 in Yacht Club. In my opinion, Fantastica is similar to a large balcony on other lines, including RC. The only difference is a European flair and high number of international clientel on MSC. Yacht Club is a whole different experience that is absolutely wonderful.
Ships are beautiful and immaculate. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Entertainment is different but still good. Food is comparable and subjective. MSC's pizza and risotto are the best. Bar service is similar but MSC often gives you nibbles with your drinks. Like RC, MSC will customize your meals for your allergies and food preferences. Atmosphere is upbeat and fun on both lines. Private island are very different as MSC's island main goal is the restoration and preservation of coral. It is more laid back than RC's. The bonfires and light show on the island are fun.
RC and MSC are our 2 favorite lines because they are very similar but different enough to give some variety to our cruising.
We will sail both of them in the future(7 cruises booked).

In Europe you don't have to get off the ship. There is a meeting where you get your new cards and check in on board.
