We got 4 out of the 7 of us. Waiting a few weeks to see what else turns up as the amounts are crazy too.

Can you tell me which cruise lines have published their post covid policy and procedures?
MSC has posted a detailed summary of their covid policies and procedures.

I have a b2b booked on Empress in May, 2021 from Cape Liberty. You can still book cruises on her for next year. She is doing cruises to smaller ports that other ships can't get into. Would be difficult to replace her for these trips.

Received my mid-April refunds yesterday. Exactly 91 days. Never called them Amount was perfect.

I've done several Fjords cruises and there wasn't any local food on the ship. There was a lot of local food available in the ports. The local food is mainly Cod.
The only time I remember local food was leaving Boston. Fresh fish was brought on and served in the Windjammer. Delicious.

We L&S an October cruise to October next year. No problem.

I'd like to see Purell or wipes on each table so you can clean your hands again before you start to eat.

We had this happen because they reclassified some of the cabins on Oasis. However, we had 3 balcony cabins in a row so our TA insisted that all three be moved so we could stay together. We were given larger balcony cabins on another deck.

Royal Caribbean gives double points for solos in a cabin that is usually for 2 or more people.

We took the train from the airport to Central Station with our Copenhagen Cards. Our hotel was about 2 blocks away from the station. Only problem with luggage was getting down the small aisles in the train. We just stood at the end of the train car as it's a short trip.

Just a tip. If you are going to the geysers and have asthma or other breathing problems, you may want to wear a mask or put a scarf over your nose and mouth. While you may not feel irritation that day, you might on the next day. If you can smell the air, you probably need some protection.

Why not? It's a wonderful city to explore with plenty to do.
We spend three months a year in Florida. Know Miami well. Other than a few favorite restaurants, nothing there excites us.
-
We are also on that cruise. Like the extra day for the family to enjoy the ship. Nothing exciting about stopping in Miami.

If you are in the same cabin this has never been an issue. For the OP their partner will be in a different cabin. I don't think it will be an issue as it's a meal for 2 and if you've the correct diamond card they'll not check the card of the guest.
My daughter and I were in different cabins and it was no problem.

Only one person has to be Diamond. The Diamond can take anyone he/she wants to dinner. I took my daughter and it was her first cruise with MSC. I'm Diamond. I only had to show my card to make the reservation.

We walked to the left of the pier and saw several bears in and around the water.

Why? The stewards do get to eat. I've never seen anyone take food back to their steward. And, yes you can ask to take your meal or part of it with you.
I don't agree with taking food to your stateroom attendant but I've seen others do it.

I can see the dining room's allowing a dinner with a cover to be taken to a cabin when someone isn't feeling well, but it is putting an extra burden on the staff in the dining to ask for that just because you feel like it. JMO.
I agree. I've seen others take food back for later or to give to their storeroom attendant.
-
Yes you can. I've done it when my husband wasn't feeling well and for my grandkids.

J3 on Anthem is what was formerly called a family Jr. Suite. I full bath with tub and 1 half bath. We had 3 of them 9610, 9612 and 9614.
-
Yes, you definitely can. I do it every time we take our family on a cruise. Guest Services will handle it for you.

Reporting back. At this time you can't walk because of the construction of the new NCL terminal. Sidewalk is closed in that area. Once it is done, if you don't mind a long walk, it is an option.
We took a taxi. $20 flat rate. It was raining so it was well worth it.

YC has no Ocean View cabins... only Balcony or Interior cabins. 🙂If you read my entire sentence, you'll see I said "Ocean view cabins in the Yacht Club start with a Deluxe Suite and up." That indicates that the lowest cabin with an ocean view is a Deluxe Suite. Sorry you misunderstood what I wrote.

MSC has been using wristbands to track children around the ships via bluetooth. I assume they just expanded this to adults also.
