I'm in PA and yesterday priced a flight from phl to nassau and with american airlines it was $315, same price to fly to miami or ft. Lauderdale.
From my airport it's more and I have very difficult connections. The return flights are horrible. I'm over 3 hours from PHL so that isn't an option.

No for me. Too difficult to get there.

It's not a Trans-Atlantic. It's a repositioning to New Jersey. Are you sure you have the right cruse?

My survey was for my 4/2022 sailing. I have 2 sailings in 2021 booked. I guess they aren't going to happen.

2 Empress cruises in May. Requested refund first day. Nothing yet.

My husband and I had the 1st Moderna shot 4 days ago. Absolutely no reaction. Easiest vaccine we've ever received. Hope the 2nd shot is the same.

Has anyone had these used on them other than a Dr. vist or hospital?
My hair salon and some hotels are using them.

Here is a category 4D on Harmony priced with a Pinnacle discount. One screenshot sows the pricing using the 60% off you just need to delete the taxes from the $2603 total to get the solo price using your method.
5he other screenshot shows the price using the 50% solo supplement. As you can see using the 50% solo supplement is quite a bit cheaper than using Royals 60% off.
I
I understand what you are doing but on my 6 booked cruises the 60% off was a better deal that the solo discount(which is 50% off the second person price). I can't show you my statements as I'm away from home for a few months.

you get 75% of your balcony discount. Every one of my clients (340 Points and up) that I have booked as a solo has received a cheaper price than the website price for 2.
By using the 60% discount, I've been getting my entire balcony discount. I've booked on board and with a travel agent and both have given me my entire balcony discount.

That should not make a difference as they are supposed to calculate your new discount by multiplying the total cabin cost (without taxes) by .75 than adding the taxes for one person. Calculating it that way you would still be getting a fare less than with the 60% off the second guest.
The 60% off the second guest is cruise fare only. Since there is only one of me, I only pay taxes and fees for one. It's a better deal than my 50% off from C&A.

I'd buy pts to get to 340, reduced solo rates. I think it would be worth it...well, depends on the cost.
I'm over 340 points, but find that recent promotions of 60% off the second guest is a better deal for solo cruising.

I wonder what the "threshold" number of cases is? I assume it is different based on number of passengers. Is it one? Is it 20? Is it a % of passengers. It would be nice to know.

I had 2 on Empress cancelled. Options are refund or FCC at 125%. No lift and shift.

Saw this. Have 2 cruises booked on Empress. I wonder what ship will take over her schedule.
-
I have 2 concerns.
Prices on MSC cruises have been lowered and are sometimes free to compensate for everyone having to take ship excursions. RC still has the same old prices.
Age restrictions limit availability of excursions in some ports. For example, in Bermuda, most excursions exclude anyone over 70, including a trolley tour that is "mild".
I don't mind being forced to take a ship excursion in order to get off the ship but the prices should be reasonable and everyone should have a variety of excursions to choose from.

I hope Royal considers keeping Empress to visit Key West, the small ports in Bermuda and Cuba(if it reopens).

When we get flu shots, our receipt says what vaccine was administered and the company.
My doctor told me we will be getting the Pfizer vaccine. It is already ordered. It is distributed by a company less than an hour from here.

On Seaside in November, 2019 we got gf pizza in Yacht Club. Had to order a whole pizza. Was very tasty.

I also received this survey which asked about all types of vacations. It did not ask my political affiliation or marital status.

I have an extra Serenade to swap, if anyone is interested.

Carrot cake and mushroom soup. Yumm.

We did this cruise in 2019 and 2018. It was a trans-atlantic from Copenhagen to Boston end of August. Went to both Iceland and Greenland as well as several other stops. In 2019 we missed Sydney, NS and Halifax, NS because of a hurricane and went to Sept-Iles in Quebec for 2 days instead. Cruise was extended 1 day.

Bayonne to Canada and Greenland.
More small ports.
More longer cruises out of all ports.

Your travel agent can arrange it for you. We've done 2 to 3 and 2 to 1 with no problems.
There is still hope
