Thank you for explaining this to me. I tested positive the day after I returned home from my cruise so I quarantined at home. I was lucky. I wonder why they don’t do that in the US?

Exactly. Also, I had my mask off while dining plus I spent a lot of time (masked) in the very crowded casino. I wish I knew where I picked it up.

Thank you. I’m feeling better but still suffering from fatigue and shortness of breath at times. Maybe I caught Covid because so many others were not wearing masks? We were at a table for two nightly in the MDR but it was in a really crowded spot. People kept walking past that were not masked and we had our masks off while dining so maybe it was that? I wish I knew. We had an interior cabin and my friend did not get sick. Thank goodness but isn’t that crazy? I hope your friend is better. Thanks again!

Oh bummer! i’m sure someone ate your pork chops. I was bringing the soup to my friend who did not get off at port because she was having back pain. I knew she loved clam chowder so I bought her the large. I know someone ate that clam chowder.

I know this isn’t fruit but we were in Monterey on a cruise pre-Covid. I purchased a large soup to go from one of the restaurants on the pier to bring onboard for my friend. I stepped off the tinder and an employee asked what I had so I responded soup. He said no soup for you and took my soup which was a large piping hot container of clam chowder. I’m afraid someone will be eating your cherries and it probably will not be your friends.

We were rushed onto a bus after an excursion. I don’t know what happened but something did. After that cruise ships stopped going to Mazatlan for quite a while.

I wore a cloth mask with a blue surgical mask. I removed my mask when I was eating or drinking and when outside. I spent a lot of time in the very crowded casino. We were in the crowded Theater several times. Our cruise ended 4/10/22 and I tested positive on 4/11/22. My friend that was with me did not get sick.

So why would more than one person want to purchase this if it’s only one per room per cruise? What a joke.

Who comes up with this stuff? I thought they want us out spending money not running in and out of our room trying to win a prize. Hilarious.

We always have dinner at 5 PM so we have the rest of the evening open for shows, Movies Under the Stars, and the casino. I would give that a try and then also try around 8 PM. The Sea Walk is usually not crowded.

No, there was nothing offered for an extra charge on our recent B2B Discovery Princess cruise. They used to offer an up charge steak in the MDR but they no longer do.

I am dairy free and this is one of the many desserts that they make for me. If you report that you are on any type of special diet they will take excellent care of you.

I don’t have a booking right now so I hope I word this correctly. Did you look at the top in Dine My Way where it shows which dining rooms you will be in on each day of your cruise?
