Stupid question maybe - but if you take the category you want in a casino offer (and pay the cost) could you add Club Orange after and then have the category you really want in that class of cabin and choose your stateroom?

Susan, believe me I know how you feel. Make sure it is what you really want to do but being President of a Shelter is a thankless job (I did it too). If it’s time to go - go with your head held high since you got the renovations done 👍. I got mine a new shelter and once it was done, I was worn and weary and considered my job done and the new person would have a much easier time. Bless you for caring and hanging in. But just make sure it’s what you want to do. Melissa good to hear her tests are secured. I know the waiting is hard though 😔 My prayers remain with her and you while you both wait 🙏🏻 I don’t think it’s your devices - CC was burping yesterday and between ship’s internet and that, it can be hard to get on at times. Wow - we are very much alike - I’m in my Birks from April to November too (and yes, you’ll see them on the cruise). And there is one brand of Sketcher’s Go Walk that fits me perfectly. Love them 🙂. 👍 Those are really cool. I never heard of them before. I don’t think I’ve seen them here but I’m going to have my eye out for next year. Thanks for sharing & the great pics 👍 Going to add my vote for a NO. That means more difficult flights for those of us up North that can’t drive to the port. And a longer travel time to get there.

Don’t forget to save any leftovers. Well, it’s going to be a t-stormy kind of weather with torrential rain - at least, that’s what the weatherman says and it’s certainly raining out there. It’s my second visit to the grief counsel chat today and it’s the second time we’ve had the same weather. Grrr. Is someone trying to tell me something? Oh well, maybe the rain will wash away some of the dog poo that ignorant people don’t pick up. (One of my biggest beefs - how hard is it to stick a couple of dog bags in your pocket and pick it up? True quote by Bradbury. Not sure if it’s going to be rainy - sure looks it but the sun is supposed to poke it’s head out. Time will tell & lots to do whether it’s in or out so I can go with the weather 😉 Most of the invites are done - just a couple left to do and watch the weather 😉 So far, so good - but it’s too far in advance to trust the weatherman. No thanks on Flair - they don’t fly here nor to many places for people who have to connect. I have NO desire to have to pick up luggage at that zoo of Pearson and re-check it. Did it in June and will avoid it like the plague 😉. And it wasn’t an option for those using Flight Ease - thanks for the suggestion, though.

I guess you missed it. People are not flying in. This is our disembarkation port. People are flying home. Airline schedules here only permit certain flights due to staff shortages so there isn’t a whole lot of choice in the matter IF you can get home the same day. (I can’t - I need to go much earlier so staying over) An 11:30 flight out of FLL is very do-able and worth attempting even with Customs. Out of Miami, there is less room for error.

I have arrived in POM as well and gotten to FLL easily BUT there are a few things you are unaware of….. 1. For Canadians, Flight Ease has put many on an 11:20 flight out of FLL. You need 3 hours lead time now to get on your flight. 2. No idea how complicated Customs will be or how long it will take go get through. 3. All flights have been lifted until September 19th. Anyone with Flight Ease can do nothing but ride the wave until then. No one knows if they are re-scheduling people out of Miami for sure or if the flights will remain as is out of FLL. 4. Anyone who recently booked and wants to use Flight Ease cannot until September 19th and Thanksgiving is around the corner from the disembarkation date and.. 5. Final payment is by September 6th. Some people are uncomfortable being in “no man’s land”. I didn’t use Flight Ease so I have control, thankfully. Of course what the airlines do with my schedule is another story. It’s already changed twice. 😉

You will lose it. You don’t have to wait until you are on board to book the shore excursions - the Have it all credit works before the cruise no problem. Just book the same times and dates (or close enough) with your Have It All and then cancel the previous dinners you booked. Your credit card will be refunded. Again this can be done before the cruise. I’ve seen some reports you can’t use gift cards to purchase HIA. Best bet is to call and ask. You should be fine mid ship - especially if your location is lower. You can use those beverage cards to purchase more expensive drinks not covered by HIA or less expensive drinks (like water, etc) if your total drinks will exceed 15. If you purchase the beverage cards they are refundable. If they are gifted (ie from a TA) they are often non refundable and will not be converted into OBC - terms should be available in your correspondence from your TA or whomever gifted them. Anything from HAL is non refundable.
