  1. I must be odd as I always look forward to, and enjoy, returning to Nassau.
  2. I understand. Just try to avoid crowded ones. I'm not upset that I got covid. It didn't affect the cruise though it affected getting back to work after having taken time off. I'm very happy to have some natural immunity now.
  3. I just look at it from the perspective that I could drive or take a train to NJ but I'd rather get on a plane and fly to FL or Puerto Rico.
  4. I got complacent on that cruise. I had done two cruises after the reopening and did fine. I let my guard down on the third and did use the elevators. That won't happen this coming February.
  5. I got covid on Odyssey last January. I didn't know I had it until the day after I got home. I don't think anyone should be surprised if they get it on a ship. I think the elevators are traps. People crowd in and also seem to feel the need to talk which blows whatever is in their respiratory system into the air. One thing that really annoys me no matter where I am is when people have a ridiculous need to whistle. Firstly, I can stand the sound and, secondly, again it blows whatever might be incubating in their respiratory systems that much further into the area. It is going to be an interesting winter on the ships. We will see how the cruise lines handle it.
  6. I think it is the issue of being lied to that really gets people fired up. If you are going to be a liar you need to be really good at it. This particular lie is pretty much treating the OP like a simpleton.
  7. I feel exactly the same way. I want that entire team on Survivor gone. I also like the deaf father and son as well as the two brothers from the military.
  8. Oh man, I'm so sorry. I need to stop multitasking when I post on these boards. This is really embarrassing. Don't want to say who I was thinking about.🫤
  9. My thoughts to you would be if you want to see Venice maybe go sooner than later. It is a challenging city for folks with mobility issues. Crossing canals typically involves stairs that lead up to, and then down from, the bridges that cross them.
  10. Walking around helps in addition to drinking fluids. With sitting or lying down you lose the effect of gravity, as well as the jiggling that walking causes, helping to pull the stone down.
  11. Do you have any idea what triggered this? I've had patients develop TMJ from opening their mouth too wide to bite into a grinder, chewing gum, clenching their teeth, etc.
  12. Completely agree. I think it is this behind the scenes aspect of running a charter yacht that made the episode so interesting. I have no idea how he managed to get a position aboard that boat. Pretty much everyone agreed that copies of certificates are unacceptable. Seems to me the officers of the boat should have caught the problem earlier.
