If you think you have any rights then you obviously have not read the contract.... Back when we took our first cruise I read the entire contract. It even used to say that they don't guarentee the seaworthiness of any ship. My first thought was why would anyone ever agree to this? My second thought was if you want to go on a cruise........

So changing the wording is going to result in people reading the contract?
