  1. You don't have to look closely to see it.
  2. I've been able to change to different room in the same category as the gty assigned room with no problem.
  3. If you get around to it, try a Hotel Nacional at Bolero's and see what you think. I found this drink when on Odyssey and really liked it.
  4. Being docked in Hamilton was the best. It is so centrally located to everything. And it was great to walk from the Wednesday night festival back to the ship when you were ready.
  5. Did they supply nut crackers to get into that crab claw? I'm very surprised to see that in the Solarium at lunch time.
  6. I have no idea how I've survived so many trips through the Windjammer without getting sick. Well, actually I do know but I'm not inclined to post an immunology lecture. Grab an extra napkin on the way in and use it to handle the utensils if you'd like. Navigating the Windjammer without ending one's cruise in the ship's medical center is not difficult.
  7. The best time of day... before the sun comes up. Welcome to my world.🙂 I'm really glad you decided to get back into trying cruising again. I know you've had a bit of trepidation about the experience being different. I think you will come out of this very content and looking forward to the next one.
  8. I am doing the same. Though I suspect this will be the only similarity that my day has compared to that of the two of you.
  9. @h20skibumInterestingly, at least to me, Utopia is also off the coast of Freeport, slightly behind Adventure, also on its way to Port Canaveral.
  10. Just so you know, Adventure is off the coast of Freeport Bahamas. She is scheduled to be in Port Canaveral at 4:15 tomorrow morning.
  11. I read about the change in seating selection coming up. That is long overdue. The cattle call is one of the reasons that I prefer JetBlue if their scheduling and price works for me. SWA sometimes also has ridiculously high pricing.
  12. No, not much sleep the night before. I love to fly and can't wait to get to the airport. I also like to get to the cruiseport early even if it means hanging around a bit before being able to get on the ship.
  13. I don't think RCI is neglecting any demographic group. They know they need a mix to keep the ships full as well as nurture a new group that will become long term cruisers and take our place some day. Royal doesn't need to market to us. They need to focus their marketing toward developing Royal's future loyalists. That hardly means that they don't care about us or that they no longer want our business and would prefer we go elsewhere.
