I just purchased this for my upcoming cruise. I feel the premium WiFi for two devices and the room service fee waived make it totally worth it. I already have the embarkation lunch benefit due to concierge cabin. Thank you for your review as it reassures me I made a good choice,

Thank you for posting this and for calling. I too was on this sailing and I thought I was going to escape getting “the cold”, but sure enough the last evening of the cruise I got a scratch throat and the next night after disembarking I was coughing! I did note my dissatisfaction on Celebrity’s approach to the very visible and apparent illness rapidly spreading across the ship. I wasn’t even able to take part in the Persian Gardens which came with my cabin as I didn’t want to go into an enclosed small space with potentially ill people. I wasn’t happy, and as someone else said if Celebrity perhaps would provide room service at no charge along with some decent movies on the television might incentivize sick people to remain in their cabins instead of spreading their germs. I even took Clorox wipes this trip and used them on the flights as well as upon entering the cabin I wiped down every surface that I thought was a touch area. I definitely will call as well. Sorry you two got sick as well.

One could use credit cards in Japan, but some places only took cash. I took Japanese Yen and Korean won as those were the two countries we visited. Needed won at a restaurant we went to on JeJu Island.

On my Alaska Cruise several years ago I had 1140 on an M class ship. PERFECT for Alaska, great wind break as well as close to the back stairs to the Sunset Bar and the OVC! Loved that cabin so much that anytime I am sailing on M class I try to get one of the cabins on deck 11 aft end. Love watching the wake of the ship as well!

I looked at the order history this morning as was going by emails of other orders. It was October 23rd last year where it was $6.99 p/p for the upgrade. I did notice my other sailing for next July I purchased earlier this week at the discount of $8.99 p/p day is now back to only 5%! Yikes

I just went and looked back in my order history. Looks like it was last years labor day sale. But Black Friday is coming up maybe they will have the lower price then. fingers crossed!

Last year I was able to upgrade to premium for $6.99 plus gratuities a day from Classic. Was the best I have seen in my watching of the pricing. I did see $8.99 today for my other sailing and just purchased it, if it goes down again I will cancel and rebook. 🙂

Yes I got all excited when I saw the email: power up opportunity! Then saw it was to schedule on the reflection. I am already booked for a transatlantic and the HOT July sailing on the Reflection. Darn. Got my hopes up and then rug right out from under us. 🥲
