Well, not a lot of answers with the Doctor.. He leaves at noon so as the last patient of the day the visit did not go quickly. He listened to my chest, took some blood and ordered an x-ray. That was at the same place as the office so I arrived about 11:30 and was home just before 2. That will be 3 visits to the radiology place in 3 weeks. Roy

I'll salute Blue Collar Workers but pass on the Brownie. I have not been to Rhodes. Robin Williams seems to have had a strange sense of humor. Lincoln was one of our great statesmen. I'll pass on the meal. My alternative is Chilled Anjou Pear Soup, Perfectly Grilled Breast of Chicken, and Rhubarb Crisp as served on MS Prinsendam December 8, 2013. Did my Wegmans run early today and am very late getting to the Daily. Not expecting much from my Doctor visit today. The key visit will be the Cardiologist Wednesday. Roy

Thank you Rich, Vanessa, Debbie, Ann, and Dixie for the Day of Infamy report. I haven't had cotton candy in years, enjoy visiting Chicago, and will definitely celebrate joy. I have not been to Kristiansand. Interesting point of view by Fry. The meal sounds interesting. My alternative is Chilled Sour Cherry Soup, Oven Roasted Beef Tenderloin, and Raspberry Sundae as served on MS Prinsendam December 7, 2013. Well, I bit the bullet this morning and went over in person to the Radiology place. It turns out while they were bugging me they already had all the information they needed from past visits. Roy

Me resting. Dream on. The pace of doctor's visits, calls, and error fixing is anything but restful. For the next 3 weeks: Thursday: Podiatrist Friday: Primary doctor Then: Monday: Pet scan (presumably) Wednesday: Cardiologist And : Tuesday: Labs and dentist Thursday: Bone density scan. I say presumably because the radiologist practice wants me to do a checkin in advance. They sent me a link to do so as a text on my cell phone. My phone cannot do internet. I called back this morning and they promised to email me the link. Nope: 20 minutes later I got another text. I went to their "Contact us" email and repeated the request including the crux of the dilemma in all caps but 20 minutes later another text. Not sure if there's a way to get through to them but I hope the radiologists are more caring than the schedulers. Roy

I also like the quote, so true, I think I would like my chicken soup without the tortilla. Thank you Rich, Vanessa, Debbie, Ann,and Dixie. I like all today's days and sxpecially the day in 1943. Definitely a sad quote today. I think most of us, me included, have been to Aruba many times. The meal is interesting. My alternative is Chilled Blackberry Soup, Grilled Lamb Chop, and Strawberry Crisp as served on MS Prinsendam December 4, 2013. I walked about 20 minutes in our mall this morning and it went well. Roy
