Well I have to say that it's been a fantastic first day. We met up with someone from my town and her daughter (quiet member on here) and the 4 of us had such a fantastic afternoon and night. 
 

Love going to Good Spirits and having one of the bartenders recognize me from prior cruises and say "I know you " as I'm messaging back and forth with the amazing Jovie (on the Discovery) and equally amazing Junella (on the sky). Bobby our cabin steward was extremely friendly.  I'll say it again, what makes Princess excel is their staff and crew members. 

There has been quite a lot of things going on tonight and it seems like Princess is working hard to keep us entertained. Karaoke has some amazing singers tonight. 
 

I will say that the Rosemary smoked old fashioned in Crooners was bad, like really bad. So many muddled cherries that the drink was red and so very sweet. Nope, not going to do it! 
 

nice to see the new blue bags back in the stateroom. I like the new design. 
still don't get the whole light thing outside the bathroom in the stateroom. Kind of silly that I have to bring blue painters tape with me. 
 

Tomorrow is Princess Cay but I will be relaxing in the Sanctuary, my favorite place on the ship!

That's what happened to me in December. 
 

I done understand why the ropes are gone. It would help them out as two cruises and I've seen two situations.

O'Malleys is an amazing addition and the entertainment is incredible. When I can get the video to load. I'll post. Celtic wave is the entertainment. Fiddle and guitar. They are both amazing and very funny.

Our first princess cruise in over 20 years.  Yes, before carnival acquired them so it will be interesting to see the changes.  Fingers crossed its somewhat the way we remember because we sailed princess pretty much exclusively pre kids and it was wonderful.

Carolyn and I will be joining you tomorrow on the beautiful Enchanted Princess.  Our day will start with a fairly short hour and a half drive down from Port St Lucie to Einstein's Bagels for a quick sharing of a bagel and coffee and then driving across the street to GoPrincess where we got an invitation to be there again for the third time.

We are looking forward to being on the Enchanted again this year and this time celebrating my wife's birthday and our 58th Princess cruise.  Planning on touring a little more of PR and going back to our favorite animal preserve in Roatan.  We'll probably get off the ship in most of the ports to grab some street images and then enjoying the sea days aboard the ship.

Thank you!!  It will be fun to follow along on your sailing as I'm on one.  

Take Uber. Depending on the amount of luggage you have, an Uber X will run about $28.

The $50 fare sounds high, but if they did the trip during rush hour, then they sat in a lot of traffic.  

Starting my live from today as tomorrow we are heading over to Fort Lauderdale to stay at The Hotel Maren on Fort Lauderdale Beach again to start off our vacation.  Hey, why not start a day early?!

So looking forward to being back at sea and on a ship that I haven't sailed on before.  I'm sure I will love the Enchanted as much as I did the Sky, especially since Crooners is on this ship.  Hopefully I will be doing my live report Sunday from the Sanctuary, which many know is one of my favorite places on a ship. Also really looking forward to a few dinners at The Catch by Rudi.  

@LACruiser88 beautiful photos and looks like it's once again an amazing cruise.  Thanks for sharing it with us.

now, it’s hard to get them to show us those listing and there is nothing like we saw last year.  The cruise fare is all that is discounted now and most of them are nowhere near half.  There are some sailings that have some additional OBC if they can add you to a group. 
I saw where you may be able to view some sailings on the TV in your stateroom that are on special but I can’t really speak to that if it’s a special deal or not.  Since they are pretty much filling ships to capacity, I’m not sure we are going to see the deals that we found in the last couple of years.  

I couldn't get them to show us anything on the Sky.  Every time I asked, she kept putting me off.

On my December Sky sailing, people were frustrated on line the first day because many of the reservations were already taken.  It could be because there was a large group on board and they were taking over some areas of the restaurant but I went to change a reservation upon boarding and couldn't change the time or date of it at all and I went the first afternoon. 

We have had this happen a few times.  We simply drop our luggage off at the Pier we are embarking at (you're Pier 18)  drive to the pier we are disembarking from (you're Pier 25) and park the car.  Then we order an uber back to the embarkation pier. Works very well for us.
