Terrible situation. I suspect that Celebrity did what immigration requested and also gave you the info they shared. Immigration messed this up badly. The ship handling of covid was bad also. Then the many people who hid symptoms ... such a mess!!

Perhaps Celebrity should reduce prices for suites if they cannot offer the services

The negative antigen only means that you do not have enough virus at that moment to show. Any one of them could have caught it up to 7 days prior as with all of the other cruisers. Some may have picked it up on route to the cruise and the spread starts from that moment. My daughter coughed for 3 days before her test was positive!

There is an extreme shortage of rentals cars in Canada. The agencies sold off most of their cars early covid. Cannot even get a car now for time in summer. 2 months ago they were going for over $1000 a week

MANY people have persistent cough from omicron! Many have exhaustion for weeks after. . I live in Nova Scotia which is a small place and we still have close to 100 admitted to the hospital weekly and 17 to 20 dying weekly!! Also , masks make a huge difference. In schools where they are worn there is limited transmission but where they are not worn covid has gotten almost every child in each class .. fast. I know as my daughter teaches in one of these schools. They did not have vomiting kids with fevers in class before the masks were dropped

People should have plans made !. Not currently just like a cold as you stated' There is a lot of covid around and for some it is just sniffles but for many it is days of a fever and a nasty cough . Then exhaustion for a few weeks . I know a few who have had it recently.
