  1. No. Sometimes it takes a while for the ship to know that someone just didn't show up at the pier.
  2. Sometimes it goes to your TA, if you booked through one. I have been getting them on all of my cruises for quite a while now.
  3. Make your Wonderland reservation in your Cruise Planner "now". If you change your mind about day/time once you are on board, the Suite Concierge will be happy to take care of that for you. Go to Guest Services on the Symphony early in your cruise. They will arrange transportation to the Apex. The Suite Concierge may be able to do that for you, too.
  4. Those are actually the two most common complaints about OASIS - elevators and Windjammer. 😄 😄 😄
  5. Ultra-Voyager was the name given to the new class by Royal Caribbean. (Voyager class was Eagle class when it was on the drawing board). Ultra-Voyager, i.e., Freedom class ships, are IDENTICAL to Voyager class ships in size, except that they are longer. Not wider, just longer. If you close your eyes, you would not know which ship's aft section you were in. (Voyager, Explorer, Adventure, Navigator, Mariner, Freedom, Liberty, Independence). As described by others, the extra length puts more space in the Royal Promenade, and throughout that central area, up to the pool deck.
  6. The prix fixe dinner can be as quick or as drawn out as you like. Just tell your server what your preference is.
  7. P.S. & PSA Internet is GREAT on the Oasis. NEVER drops. ALWAYS stays connected. This is one thing that has gotten better lately. (don't get me started on the baklava in the Solarium Bistro, which was always my favorite thing)
  8. Huh? I agree with Ken. A military "rate" is a promo. A promo can only be used if it is in effect when you book it. If a promo appears later, you can only have it if you agree to the price the promo is now attached to. And Merion does not have a Mom. Merion is a place.
  9. If you are worried about having an internet connection when you need to show your SetSail Pass.....take a screen shot of the pass and then it's safe in your photos.
  10. Exactly. But I have also utilized Hilton points to stay for free at the Embassy Suites on International Drive. This includes (some) free parking. You still have to pay for either their shuttle (which fills up FAST) or Ubers.
  11. There is plenty of space at the pier for $30 a day. There are no local private parking lots. Your only choice besides the pier is at a hotel, with a stay & park package.
  12. That was a loooooong time ago. Don't expect anything like that these days.
  13. That is utterly cruel and sadistic. I hope that you meant HERDING kittens. 😮😉 😄
  14. Not only am I not seeing any "Memorial Day Sales", on my closest upcoming cruises, almost ALL discounts have disappeared and stuff is just full price now.
  15. I am scratching my head trying to figure out how one cruise earned 5 credits.
  16. But like the total number of Pinnacles, there is no way to verify or even begin to guess if that is accurate.
  17. That's a very interesting question. I don't have a number based in fact. I am on a FB page for the casino, and there is probably more than one such page. There are a LOT of people talking about being Masters and fully using the perks.
  18. I don't know how many other cruises you had - reallyitsmema's chart is the correct one. If you had at least 7 cruises, you got a 13 point boost. If you had 5, 6, or 7 cruises, you got a 3 point boost. A 16 night cruise then was worth 2 credits, so you had at least 2 credits. If that was your only cruise, the conversion gave you 15 points. You only lost 1 point. Solo points didn't change until 2013.
  19. 11 or more years ago? It was called the Concierge Lounge then, there was barely a handful of Pinnacles in the entire fleet - those people would have been Diamond Plus. RC solved THAT problem by kicking out the D+. And when there are a lot of PC on a cruise, access to the SL and CK is curtailed or even eliminated. Masters have no such restrictions.
