  1. I don’t think it was my daughter’s status. It should have seen the booking did not have her name on it. My agent said Princess has made a few changes to their computer system recently. The APP has had many many problems since it came out. I was able to book Dine My Way in advance as Elite. I booked my NET as soon as I hung up the phone.
  2. UPDATE - I called on Saturday and talked to Ocean Ready transferred to Customer Service. Customer Service agent was helpful. She said Princess now (after many updates) uses email address, name, phone number to recognize you. My daughter uses my email for somethings and is blue maybe that is why my APP shows me as blue. It showed I had 2 Captain Circle numbers and my cabin friend also 2 Captain Circle numbers. I don’t know why the other account numbers. Customer Services agent made the corrections. Ocean Ready and Customer Services said would take 24 hours to correct. Today, no correction made. It still showed full price for Net and blue. I called Ocean Ready, she said would send email to tech Dept to correct. I called back to Shore Excursion Dept to ask about an excursion on another cruise. She could not help for the excursion question I had. She transferred me to a Customer Service agent. Again no help for the excursion question I had. I asked about purchasing NET through her. She said no, she would send an email to Ocean Ready. Maybe a hour later, I received a phone call to say APP now shows Elite status . While on the phone I logged into the APP and it shows 50% discount for NET for all my cruises. After many hours on the phone, Live Chat, the APP is finally resolved.
  3. I used them in 2019, from airport to hotel and the next day hotel to dock. Both times on time, clean cars.
  4. I noticed that the cabin sizes for balconies are all 236 sq ft. Normally depending where the cabin are on the ship there are different sizes.
  5. I tried the phone. The system won’t allow me to purchase as Elite purchase, even through the agent can see I am Elite, the App shows my as a new passenger.
  6. My cabin friend is platinum. On the App it shows the full price for her also. I was hoping I could purchase Wifi through her. I will wait until final payment in Nov and ask my agent to try if she can’t get Elite price will have to pay full price and get OBC credit onboard.
  7. I do not drink alcohol or coffee/tea. It is cheaper for me to purchase WiFi, tips and soda package separately than purchasing Plus

  9. You can not purchase WiFi (Net) on the Princess website, it has to be done on the App.

  12. I am Elite. My profile shows Elite. MedallionClass app shows blue - new passenger. When I try to purchase MedallionNet it shows the full price not the Elite 50% discount. I have logged out and uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I called Princess and talked to an phone agent for 1 1/2 hours trying to fix the problem. I was transferred to MedallionClass Dept another (1 hour). She applied Net at full price and was told an OBC refund would be applied once onboard and she would call me back in 2 days. No call back. Did Live Chat (1/2 hour), no help again I was told to purchase and get refund on the ship. Called again (1 hour) this time to MedallionClass app Dept. He could see I am Elite. He said don’t purchase Net yet and he would put in a request to change to Elite and will call back in 48 hours. No call back. Because the app shows blue, no phone agent can purchase the Net at Elite price until it is fixed. I have spend over 4 hours trying to fix this easy problem. Any idea what to do?

  14. Coming from Canada on Air Canada (international). Trying to avoid taking a shuttle to pick up transportation to San Pedro. What transportation can I take that picks up at the curb?

  18. I was told leave 90 minutes after arrival to go through customs/immigration/ baggage to purchase timed tickets. At airports terminal, if you miss your timed ticket and if there are seats on the next coach they will honour the ticket without a charge. In May, I arrived at Terminal 5 we were bussed from plane to building and missed the long walk and was through customs/immigration/ luggage in 20 minutes. My sister plane was late leaving Montreal by 2 hours. She arrived at Terminal 3. Long long lines at least 1 hour for customs/immigration/luggage. Then the walk to the coach station. She missed her coach that was suppose to meet me at Terminal 5. She was able to get a later coach with no problem. You never know how long the lines will be. Just make sure there are other coach times after yours encase you miss yours.
  19. Depending on which airline you use will determine which National Express terminal station you are going to use. Check www.heathrow.com website for more information which terminal your airlines uses, also under National Express. -I have used this terminal before. The Central Coach terminal for Terminal 3 - you need to follow the sign for the Coach station, about a 10 minute walk all indoors, no seats to rest. There will be a board on the wall to tell which coach bay to go to. It will be the last stop (town) on the route of your ticket for which bay. You go direct to the bay for the coach. The driver will be there to take your luggage. ASK driver to make sure correct coach. There is a live person at the ticket booth for any help. I had to ask as I didn't see any signs for Southampton. There is a small store there and benches to wait. Use airport bathroom before going as they charge at coach station. - I used this terminal in May. Terminal 5 - Follow the signs for Coaches outside arrivals of the airport. Their coach signs (stops 9-15) are close to the outside exit door. There is an glass shelter there with seats. There are a few signs with numbers for their coaches. I asked a driver, which numbered sign was for Southampton, he said as the coaches come in, they line up - first coach, second coach third coach, not at a certain sign. WATCH the name (last town on the route) on the coach. ASK the driver or any driver that stops for the correct coach. The driver exits the coach and puts luggage under the coach. Use bathroom at airport before exiting the airport. I believe there are a small bathroom on the coaches(?). The coaches start at Central Coach then about 15 minutes later a stop at Terminal 5 then a straight drive to Southampton unless there is a stop at a town, my coach had a stopped at Winchester to let a person off.
  20. On the Majestic Aug 27, in a balcony, we combo shampoo/conditioner and bath gel pumps in the shower and a bar of soap and a tube of lotion near the sink.
