  1. @Sea Dog Greg, the pictures above are when I was at the Mai Kai. As you can see, they are quite old. Sadly, while I was looking for these pictures, many of my pictures in the album are quite faded. Anyway, even though the pictures aren't too clear, that is me in the middle, with the blonde hair.
  2. The ice bin in our Frigidaire Gallery is huge!! Good thing, too, since our grandsons love to make iced coffee. Try to stay cool, Bonnie! It is so muggy here today. A&S in Woodbridge was always my favorite store. I bought almost all of our daughters clothes there. On sale days, holy moly, but there were lines, but so worth it with 3 girls!😉
  3. And today many Malls are closing or at best, hurting due to online shopping. Progress?? I still like going to stores.
  4. I am so sorry for you and your DH, Dani. Having children and grandchildren, I can only imagine the heartfelt pain you both are having. Will it be possible to visit them somewhat frequently? ((Hugs)) to both you and DH.💕
  5. I can attest to the fact that our LG refrigerator's compressor gave us problems. We bought a Frigidaire last Summer at our repairman's suggestion, French doors, freezer on the bottom. Water dispenser is inside the door, though, as is our ice maker. No worries. We do like it!
  6. Well, I say good for her!! Love it!! What a great picture of the two cousins plotting their strategy! How is your daughter feeling and doing, Mark?🙏
  7. You are an Olympian, John! You have such a wonderful outlook on life! I'm sure you are going to love your new bathroom. God Bless both you and Sharon💕
  8. Our dear friend Lois (91 years young) and her family..son, granddaughters, etc. rent a good-sized house in Avalon every Summer for two weeks, and Jim and I always visit her for the day. This year, our friends Carol and Andy (those on our Bella Cruise met them) are coming from Massachusetts and will be joining us in surprising Lois. On the plus side, the four of us will be spending 3 nights together and we'll be introducing Carol and Andy to a NJ Boardwalk!😉
  9. It certainly looks like it, Greg! Thanks for sharing this picture! Although I was an Executive Secretary in NYC, I moved to Ft. Lauderdale with 2 of my friends, and lived in an efficiency apartment one or two blocks over from E. Las Olas Blvd, and half a block up from A1A, which is no longer there. Anyway, pay for Secretaries was almost laughable when I lived there, so I was fortunate to get a job as a Cocktail Waitress, which I loved doing at that time. Definitely made more money as well as met interesting people, as well as a Celebrity or two..
  10. Good afternoon, Graham! It is drizzling and breezy here in NJ. We are expected to have rainy weather here for the next several days. Enjoy your beautiful weather, and have a great weekend!! The bar looks interesting, Greg. Is that an aquarium behind the glass at the bar? It reminds me somewhat of the Marlin Beach Hotel on A1A in Ft. Lauderdale. The club downstairs from the hotel was called "The She", with the hotel pool behind it. Before my time there (late 60's) there would be "mermaids" swimming in the pool behind the glass.
  11. Happy Birthday Debbie!!🎉 I was shocked to read how that person attacked our Greg. He obviously doesn't know anything about our @Sea Dog I'm glad you're beginning to feel better and have been able to take Lucas around for your Nature walks. He looks very strong, to be holding up this huge rock ledge! Enjoy your concert this evening.
  12. I am so not looking forward to this weather ! The rain already started here at noon today.... With Michelline off to be with your daughters, it sounds like your daughter's Wedding Day is soon approaching! Happy Birthday wishes to your oldest daughter! Enjoy your bachelor days this week, Bob! @Lionesss Baby Zoey is precious, Sue! Enjoy your walks with her! It reminds me of when I used to babysit our oldest granddaughter Erin when our daughter lived in Scituate Harbor, Mass. I would push Erin in the stroller and point out the beauty of where she lived. I still can't believe that baby has graduated College!!
  13. I really dislike our Samsung dryer. I got it because I wanted a bigger dryer for my king size quilt. Many times some of the clothes will have a damp spot here and there, so I wind up putting the clothes back in for another 20 minutes or so.
  14. I've had so many MRI's over the years. I hate them! The very first one I had years ago was for my neck. I was told not to move. Okay, I didn't move. I did, however, swallow. Several times while lying in the machine. I couldn't wait for it to be over! Phew! Unfortunately for me, the technician nastily told me I screwed it up by swallowing, and I had to have it done all over again. OMG!! I never went back to that place again after that experience. I've had many done of my neck and brain since that time, but had all of the others done in the hospital with lovely compassionate technicians. Also, because of that first experience, I now take anti-anxiety medicine prior to the tests.
  15. Good luck with your knee, Greg. I sure hope the stem cell therapy works. It's awful how expensive the stem cell therapy is. I hope Linda's back pain subsides soon. I can surely relate! What a wonderful, sharing, Church Community you and your family are a part of. ❤️
