    Bed does not divide in the suites and there are no cots on board as far as I know.

    They don’t make announcements unless it’s an emergency or other major issue.

    I’m pretty sure VV just uses the upgrades as standby for late cancels. The suites are regularly fully booked. Much easier to just book the suite you want on a voyage that has it available.
