My BIL has recurrent kidney stone problems and often travels with a stent. Not ideal and he pulls the stent himself. He does complain of the frequent urination and some mild pain. It is a tough call on what to do.

My husband died in March and I have my first cruise without him next month. I did not take him off yet but I don’t want to have to tell people he is a no show. Like Molly I will probably cry saying the words. I may put my sister on the reservation so it will be easier.

With so many white SUV’s in the parking lots I put a dog sticker on my back window. It has helped me identify my car so I stop trying to get in the wrong one!

What a Covid nightmare with no circulating air. I feel bad for those behind the front seats. I would be very mad if I caught Covid on the bus ride to my cruise under those conditions.

What if your ship is not supported by the app? I am on the Infinity June25th and the app is not an option.

Wow, your cruise is closer than mine. I would be a bit worried too. I read on NCL and Cunard they are cancelling people due to staff shortages and I was a bit worried. Nothing we can do about it so I will wait and see what happens. Hopefully you will get yours soon.

I am 35 days out from my Infinity cruise and still no cruise documents. This will be the first cruise for the Infinity since start up and a little nervous about no documents yet. If my memory is correct I have received them sooner in the past.

40 days on the Infinity. It’s first cruise back in service. A little worried since it is being used as quarantine ship. Hopefully Covid numbers will go down and they won’t need to cancel us.

My husband died from cancer 2 months ago. We did our last cruise in November on the Joy. That was when everyone was tested at the pier. We ate all of our meals outside, did not attend shows and wandered on our own in port. Masks were worn and we felt safe. I would be rethinking that decision today but I am glad we had that last cruise together.

I have sailed on RCL ,NCL, HA, Princess and Celebrity. I have to say they are more alike than different. I started on RCL in 1991 so I am one of the old people cruising on their ships. Many of us started on RCL so have at least Diamond status and will cruise for the perks. I have been on Celebrity more of late but I did a NCL Haven in November and loved it. I will have my first suite on Celebrity in June so I will be interested to see how they compare with NCL Haven. My comment on the mega ships is that they are fun on TA’s . So much to do and plenty of places to people watch. Their lack of outdoor space is not a problem as TA’s can be cold and windy.

Yes they can as long you book it on board. I have done this multiple times.

I loved the Haven on the Joy. I will have my first suite experience on Celebrity in June and will be able to do a comparison.
