  1. You have to set a PIN in the casino and enter your birthdate. So in this case, they’d have to know your birthday. And if they actually got that far they’d have to go to cashier to cash out and your picture would be on their screen.
  2. The rooms are wide open anyway. And what about luggage being left out in hallway. That’s seems like way more of a free for all.
  3. Isn’t keeping an eye on the bottom line a good thing? If it’s more efficient and saves money and doesn’t drive business away, then do it. I would argue that the small time savings improves my experience. Not sure how it preserves FTTF. Plenty of people admit on here they still drop off bags early even if they aren’t platinum or Diamond.
  4. Except on Mardi Gras life jackets are now next to your muster and not in stateroom.
  5. Calling it cheese might be too much credit too lol. But yeah, it was good to indulge in a couple times during the week.
  6. Lots of messy things. Not sure why that would make the cut. Before Blue iguana and guys the deck food snack area had chips and queso. I do miss having chips.
  7. Priority debarkation is probably the best perk. Always off the ship right away. Sailed with our kids a couple months back and figured we’d just go off with everyone else. What a zoo. We were first lifeboat called and didn’t even exit ship until they were calling the last number because the line was so long. Horrible experience.
  8. We have in the past actually changed passengers in the cabins once on board so there was no need to have two keys. With casino offers now we don’t as we don’t want to mess up any of the included perks. No big deal to have two cards.
  9. I’ve never seen anyone ignore another customer but for sure when they know my usual order I’ve had bar tenders make mine at the same time as others and even slide mine over before finishing the others. Preferential, not really. I’m just respectful to the bartenders and yes, I always tip $2 extra on every drink. And like you, I seek out the best ones later in the week and give them more.
  10. Was $5 on Horizon a few weeks ago. Table was packed every night. I thought I remember $10 from time to time. Was it maybe a premier or ultra cruise and maybe they upped the minimums.
  11. I believe all entrees are the same price. Maybe that language is incase you opt for any of the drinks that cost extra.
  12. I would say yes. Panorama tends to dock later than most but we were off in June early enough to catch that flight time.
  13. And what makes you think that? And you say first, so who else will fail?
  14. Was on Horizon a couple weeks back and there were plenty of servers. Usually had a small wait for my drink.
  15. Is there really a difference? Aren’t they both aluminum?
  16. I don’t recall drinks going down in price on Panorama or any of our five cruises since RE-start.
  17. I believe the new forms actually say if picked up by 9am it’s back that evening. Yo make sure we have it to them night before and it was back that next evening.
  18. No, our offers have only improved. But so has our spend. Our ex-daughter in-law still gets offers after years of not cruising but they are much, much weaker.
  19. I had to re setup mine today as well but is it really new? I thought it had been using facial ID for quite sometime.
  20. Great pic of old school midnight buffet. It’ll never happen today but I wish we could see one of those once a week on 7 day sailings.
  21. Our experience is that slot play earns way more comps than table games unless you are playing $25+ per hand on tables for extended periods. Also our experience that you need 10k+ points to earn decent comps (ocean view/balcony, casino free play, drinks). Apparently some have received comps with very limited play but not our experience. That being said, I will say my ex-daughter in law gets offers every week (I get her email offers for some reason) and she hasn’t been on a cruise in over 8 years.
  22. And not to discount your possible reasons but this ship is HOT. We’ve been on 30+ cruises and have never experienced the temperature issues that this ship has.
  23. We put this complaint in our post cruise survey.
  24. It seems to be different areas of the ship are inconsistent for sure. We just got off Sunday and our experience was hot in many areas through the ship. Room was thankfully freezing cold.
