Whoever said that someone will crib about Royal's conspiracy on changing the Wonder itinerary got their wish fulfilled. Get the pop corn out and sit back.
Our dear friend "Aurora" (or the office) just emailed that our January Wonder cruise will not go to St Thomas and will go to San Juan, 7 am to 4 pm which is a full day. I love PR and have no problem with the itinerary alteration. St Marten and Coco Cay stay. Will not mention that on main boards for fear of being torn up. 😁 I am sure there will be angry people since this is after final payment.
We have had no major issues on the Equinox. A couple of cruises when supply chain issues were going on in the world, they did run out of some drink items on some days. They always gave us alternatives. It was fine for us. No complaints.
We made reservations at the booth in the esplanade and then went for embarkation day brunch at Masons Jar (did walk in). It was very busy but well managed. If reservations is your priority, then make them as soon as you board where ever they are taking them and there is not a long wait.......the dining booth, or any restaurant.
I am checking in here to see if your cabin has been assigned and if you got your favorite deck 6. I used to be wary of lower decks but now love them.....especially after coming back from the port and taking the stairs.😁
We had very recent good experiences with that. Both times when we called CC, (to add/change/subtract packages from Cruise planner that came with the AI) reached some one overseas and got excellent customer service. And to make payment at one time. All was handled very professionally. So hope you have the same good experience.
Also we are now able to make payment with out calling. Would you rather not make final payment from your "Manage Reservation" link? I know it was not done previously, but the link is available now and we got immediate email confirmation.
Good Luck.
@TravelBluebird
Can you talk about your cabin? How do you like it?
We have booked a Central Park View Interior on two upcoming cruises, so I am very interested in seeing pictures too.
Thanks.
