Similar has happened to us in NYC twice. Going from Penn Station to the dock. After we put our stuff in the van, he says it will be a little more....how much more? ..... little by $50 more???!!!!!! We said no thanks. We pulled our stuff out ,the van went on to approach others. We waited for the cab. Long line, but fast moving. The cab guy told us that the sleek black van was private transport and they approach people who look like they do not want to wait for a cab in line. Welcome back home. Hope you had a good and very relaxing cruise. Where are you off to next?

What are your experiences with "TheKey"?

I agree. $20.99 is a great price. Not the $49.99 -
Lenny, I was reading about dancing for Parkinson, a group based in NY . It is a therapy group. Please google it if it helps you in any way. The Mark Morris Dance Group and dance for PD. It is not like the walks or fundraisers. It teaches people with PD to dance because dancing is supposed to be good for PD. I won't get into details, but I thought about you when I read that. I know that you are in a singing group, so if dancing helps you, go for it!

Ha ha ha! No worries about the bourbon! I am not a drinker at all. I do like fancy frozen drinks like mudslide, miami vice, french caribbean, etc without the liquor. I always read your St Marten posts, kraken, tiki stuff and drink posts to Dh and now he occasionally asks me "how is your drinking buddy Greg". 😆😁🤣

Bonnie. Thanks for the bon voyage wishes. We are back on land now. Next cruis is in Oct. ABC itinerary. It is my birthday cruise and also I will get to meet Bella's parents. John had posted that they were booked on this sailing. Hope your teeth won't give you much pain. You did right walking out. Frightening! Best of luck with the root canal. Will keep you in my thoughts.

We are talking about Marriott Curacao not Marriott Courtyard, unless you meant Curacao and it was a typo.

Sorry, I just saw your question. Lounge chairs are anywhere you want. You can do the beach first and then come by the pool or other way around. Use whatever is available. There were no extras, as far as I can tell.

Will vouch for that. The food is very good there! We take a taxi/van shuttle every time we go there. $5 pp shared ride. We also like Klien. Very pristine in its true sense. There is nothing there, except for a small tin "shelter" and some garbage cans. No food, no bars nothinggggg. NO REST ROOMS.😁 So go before you board the ferries. And hold thereafter. It is truly a snorkeler's paradise. I don't snorkel so I just sat in the sand for 3 hours till the ferry came back for us. There is no dock, you either get off the ferry via their ladder, ramp, or jump off in calf deep water. Some ferries have a ramp right out to the beach. We also dd the submarine, which goes from Karel's dock to Klien. Delfin's is good for a day pass. Plaza resort (now Vander Valk) hotel next to the dock is also great, as is Divi Flamingo. DF does not have a beach as such but lots of snorkeling, pool, casino, great vibe. We used to go to Harbor beach all the time. Their pass was $50 with a meal in La Balandra their restaurant. Went up to $65. Now no passes, only for hotel guests. Eden /Spice Club are ok. I find them very crowded. I haven't ventured out on a golf cart.

OP, Very sorry to hear about your issue. Contact your Senator or local Rep. You may get more help/info than just dealing with Royal Caribbean.
