  1. Trying to do this using web version all is well until I get to dining reservation page and a different future booking appears.
  2. We have had 3 post-pandemic cruises, all very good. The most recent was on Azamara and the next is a b2b on Azamara. The IT issues are horrific but our TA and direct phone calls have all had good results. Looking forward to the October sailing.
  3. Recently cancelled a cruise and refund did not appear on cc. A phone call cleared up issue as they did not have correct cc info on file. Refund then quickly appeared.
  4. The Elite laundry perk is the last thread holding us to Princess, especially on the longer cruises that we usually book.
  5. First time on HAL this Nov. One feature that attracted us was LCS. So disappointed.
  6. Booked with a phone call several days ago. Phone answered promptly at 8am CT
  7. I had this problem and it was resolved with one phone call.
  8. First time on island last Nov/Dec and enjoyed it very much. Have booked another island cruise. We like deck 9 aft.

    Where were you able to see current/reduced pricing on excursions?
  10. We also had a very good cruise on Island last Nov/dec. However we carried a glass of wine into the MDR but several times had speedy service when ordering another.

    When calling Sycamore ( 212-796-8500 ) no one answers but you can leave a message!!!
  12. My number is new and I now have 0 points. However my b2b Oct cruises are correct, balance due is correct, obc is correct and shore excursions booked prior to change-over are showing. Is it possible that Azamara has changed the numbering system for Circle members ?
  13. We sailed on Azamara Onward ( Pacific Princess ) Feb 2023. We even had the same cabin as we enjoyed on previous sailings. Princess prices are creeping up as we like the Plus fares. Compare this to Azamara ( includes beverage, gratuities and access to free laundromat )

    Thank you for your reply and explanation of the cancellation of Israeli ports. We were there late 2022 and had 2 whirlwind day tours with a local tour company. I recently contacted this same company for bookings in 2024 and they replied that they would not be able to do so.

    Was any reason given ( or rumoured ) for the change in itinerary. We are booked for Oct 2024 with 2 overnights in Israel and wondering if we will also see changes.

    What hotel did you book? Any restaurant reviews would be appreciated. How did you travel to Chioggia?
  18. Please share taxi info as we like to pre-book transportation. We fly to Venice in Oct and have booked a hotel in Chioggia.
  19. We will embark in Chioggia in Oct. What is your plan to go from Venice airport to Chioggia?
  20. We also did this today. It was a very professional, pleasant experience.
  21. Completed our scheduled telemed tests this am. Both negative and starting to pack.
