  1. Use the TRAVELLER tab to enter personal information, passport info, vaccination proof etc. You should be able to complete this section well before the three days ahead. (IIRC!)
  2. Second question… are you using a cell phone? I just looked at mine (using iPhone) and there are tabs at the bottom of the screen. If I remember correctly, you can just click the traveller tab and enter the info from there.
  3. Is this you first time completing ArriveCan or have you used it before?
  4. SandandSeas, Without it in front of me, I am not sure. If the address required is along the lines of "where will you be staying in Canada", then I would use the Victoria Pier address. Also, you can do most of this stuff at home, even now, like uploading proof of vaccination, entering personal info for you and any other travellers in you group. Then, you just have to revisit the app no more than three days before your cruise sails. (I believe they want to see your completed arrivecan QR code at the pier check in on embarkation day, even if you are embarking in the US). When you again open the app, within three days of your trip, it will know know (because you have already entered your travel dates the first time you opened it), you will update your health info, and the once it's completed you get the QR code right away. You can print the QR code too I think. I found this from Regent Cruises. I used their guide for the Greece traveller forms and it didn't let me down, so I hope their guide for ArriveCan is as helpful as it was for Eurofins! https://www.rssc.com/sites/default/files/2022-04/ArriveCan.pdf If that isn't helpful, there's also: https://www.cruisecritic.com/articles.cfm?ID=6954 (Sorry if these links are not clickable, may have to cut and paste)
  5. Also, I sure hope this program ends soon! It's not keeping Covid out of Canada, but it sure is adding frustration to many vacations.
  6. SandandSeas, I am Canadian, so I have always just used ArriveCan on the way home. I snipped this from the Government of Canada website. I am not sure of your situation (flying into Canada, or just port stop), so I included a couple of scenarios. I do think it is handy to have the app on your phone, if possible. If not, you could start it at home on your PC I think. Here's the relevant info for cruisers. I hope this is helpful: Entering Canada by land or air before embarking on a cruise You must complete your ArriveCAN submission before entering Canada, no more than 72 hours of boarding your flight or before entering Canada by land. If you’re flying in to join a cruise immediately, enter the address of your terminal. If you’re not joining the cruise immediately, enter the address of your hotel. You must also submit a second ArriveCAN submission no more than 72 hours before boarding the cruise. This applies even if your second ArriveCAN submission is within 72 hours of the first submission. Upon your entry to Canada by air or at a land border crossing, the border services officer may notify you that you’ve been randomly selected for a mandatory arrival test. Mandatory random testing is part of the Government of Canada surveillance program to track the importation of COVID-19 virus into Canada, and identify new variants of concern. Boarding cruises and shore excursions Some requirements for boarding a cruise, either at the beginning of the cruise or as part of a shore excursion, may be different depending on where you are boarding and which countries your ship will visit. Mandatory requirements for all travellers, including Canadians, include pre-embarkation testing and can include ArriveCAN if your ship is coming to or returning to Canada. Choose the scenario below that best fits your cruise plans: Starting an international cruise in Canada or arriving by cruise from another countryCruises that are staying in Canadian waters or not returning to Canada Providing proof of vaccination You’re required to upload your proof of vaccination into ArriveCAN before: you enter Canada, or embarking on a cruise that is travelling outside Canadian waters (for example, if docking in the United States for a shore excursion) or a cruise, or embarking on a cruise that will dock in Canada at any point in the itinerary This applies to all travellers, including Canadians. ArriveCAN is mandatory and free for all travellers entering Canada, regardless of citizenship or vaccination status.
  7. Last night (Thursday) I got a new invoice showing balance owing had been paid. That is a load off my mind. We sail in 8 days, so they do seem to be leaving it closer to the sail date there days.
  8. Yes, I was disappointed that mine had no Princess Plus either. I was getting those Princess Plus included offers for a while, but lately it seems to be free inside stateroom and some freeplay, but no PP. I wonder if they will bring that back or if sales have rebounded enough that they don't have to offer it to smaller gamblers like me. I assume I can pay to add Princess Plus. Is it $50 per person, per day? And what about upgrades? If prices drop and the balcony cabins come down in price, will I need to pay the price of the balcony at booking time, or the difference in price between an inside and a balcony? Anyone know?
  9. My offer was for an inside cabin, $250 free play and no Princess Plus.
  10. No, they didn’t cancel it. As far as I know anyway! The agent just kept saying it would be paid. I plan to call again Friday as advised. Hope no unpleasant surprises await me.
  11. I am pretty new to Princess Casino bookings, but I think you call the regular Casino department number is the one you call. We currently have a comped cruise booking that sails August 13th. On Friday, I got an email from Princess with an attachment showing there was still a balance (due by July 27, so already past). I called the regular Casino 800 number to ask about it and the agent said it would be paid, they are really busy right now, but it would be paid. He suggested I call back on Friday, and said if it wasn't paid by then, they would escalate it. A week before sailing seems pretty late to me, but the agent did say they are busy and have a lot of casino bookings to deal with. I will call on Friday and will post then, balance paid or balance still owing.
  12. Thanks for this info. I checked my account and found I had this offer as well. It does say 9990 - $250 freeplay (redeem casino) and then same book by 11/01/22 and sail by 12/31/24. Other offers (a couple of not that great vip offers) are still in my account, but they have a different number -- 8978. Do those numbers (9990 and 8978) mean anything?
  13. Perhaps I have some odd situation with my account, because it's definitely not there. I have scoured the TRavel Summary -- it shows what I paid for excursions (or more accurately, the cost of them) and it has an amount for port fees and taxes showing, but that's it. There's no "balance paid in full" "amount owing" nothing even remotely like that, no line showing anything about balance/ Thanks for the reply and for tip about the cruise casinos threads -- i will take a look in there.
  14. I also have a casino comped cruise coming up, but I don't know if it has been paid or not. Could someone please tell me where to look to see if the balance has been paid? I have tried under My account, payments, travel summary -- nowhere can I see a breakdown of what has been paid and what is owing. It does show onboard credits and it shows our transfers as booked, shows what port fees were, but nowhere does it show what was paid and what is owing.
  15. I got this May 4th offer, but inside cabin, with $250 free play and Princess Plus (showing on the banner in the email). When I called to book, the rep said he only saw the free cabin and the free play on the offer, and not the Princess Plus. After asking me several times if the Princess Plus was on the offer in the email, he asked me to forward the email. Once I did that, and he was convinced it really was on my offer, he was able to add it to my booking. But then the free play disappeared from my account. He said he'd request it and I should call back if it's not showing in my account in a week. I was able to book three cruises, all with Plus, so that was nice. But there definitely does seem that something is odd about this offer with so many people reporting different outcomes.
