If you want to answer - how long was it when you entered Sabatini's until you left? Trying to determine what is 'excellent service' and 'timely service' - which is also subjective.

Princess Patter - may be called something else now - but it's a 2 page 'flyer' that shows the daily events, time scheduled and location - may also be on the 'app' check some of the 'live from' threads - many posted on them to give you an idea.

Premier specialty dining 'may' depend on how far out you are from the sailing date. Posters have stated they originally were not able to book (without cc charge), but kept checking back and later were able to book with no charge - not sure about the time frame

I totally agree - It's like going back to pre-computer days when the TA did everything and mailed you documents. Can/will a CVP work with you making dinner reservations in the mdr and specialty dining venues? along with excursions? It's totally theoretically possible?? -

we've never gotten a floral arrangement for a birthday, anniversary, etc. I did get one after I passed out on board when we got back to our cabin after being in medical for a few hours...🤔 and we've bought a couple and they are extremely nice.

thanks - If I'm $1,000 dollars-in - how many points do I get? and does it matter if that's in a couple of hours one day - or over the length of the cruise?

can you just call Princess, a CVP, or a TA - and never have to use a computer or smartphone to book and pay for a cruise - then just show up with your passport, or identification documents?
