  1. They are on the uppe deck above the pool deck. Many do not even face the water.
  2. Why spend any money just got to GS and ask them for a blank cabin key.
  3. I usually sail from New Jersey and Nassau is one of the few places that can be reached on a 7-night sail. The last time (February 9). there were 6 ships at the same time--2 RCL, 2 Carnival and 2 MSC. Port Canaveral had either 7 or 8 spread out. Wonderful view from the Anthem's North Star.
  4. You want to laugh; I called the C&A D desk yesterday and they told me that since I booked via a TA that I should call them and get the facts and book shuttle transportation. Never encountered this in my prior sails. Frustration, it's still early and will call the regular agents.
  5. I know and sadly we will be losing Anthem and its indoor pool.
  6. Why spend teh money, when the water slides on board are free.🤣
  7. I saw the price of that specific cabana for about $800 (Senior discount) and if I had to pay the current cost of the day beds at $399 each I would have switched to the cabana in a heartbeat. Originally, the day beds were, and I paid $199 each + tax.
  8. Many times, the APP and the invoice are not in sync with the actual dining times.
  9. I'm on Anthem March 31 sail and Allure will be there also. I'm not concerned as I have booked 2 Chill Island Beach Day beds. I've also been there when Oasis and Independence were there and did not feel crowded. Not everyone gets off at CC and or Nassau. Ps. Was there on Oasis in August '23 at CC and the water slides were so crowded that my grandkids basically abandoned after about an hour and after investing $150+ pp.
  10. My receipt for the October '24 sail indicates 5:30, but I believe the actual to be 5-15PM.
  11. That’s crazy. I was able to book a table for 8 over 4 reservations in the planner. This is for Anthem sailing on March 31. As backup, email your request rcldining@rccl.com. Indicate ship, date of sail and reservation #s.
  12. This is the 4th on this topic. Tell your son not to get off. By the way, welcome to CC.
  13. I’m having such a hard time getting the system to recognize the C&A balcony supplement discount on recently released itineraries. Forced to call Royal agents and sometimes it takes some 39 minutes for me to explain what it is and then for someone to do a manual calculation. Simply frustrating.
  14. No comparison between the NJ Transit system and the NYC subways. It's the easiest way to get to the Theatre section from Newark Int'l airport and cheaper and efficient.
  15. You can take the mono rail to NJ transit train station and take train to NYC Penn Station @ 33rd street and a walk or short cab ride.
  16. However, if you price too competitive (low), there's an opposite effect. For instance, on my March 31 Anthem sail, I received an e-mail announcing certain senior based discounts. One was the Water Park cabanas at CC for a little over $800. I had reserved 2-day beds at Chill Island, which were being priced at $399 each, but I paid $199 each when originally booked. If I had paid the current going price, I would have cancelled the beds and jumped at the opportunity and booked the Cabanas. In addition, pricing for Hideway Beach were going in the low $20s. Primary reason, IMO, is that it's an Easter sail from Bayonne NJ and there's going to be a ton of kids. Also, don't know if there's another ship visiting the island.
  17. Did you e-mail your request at rcldning@rccl.com
  18. I used Galveston Express @$35 pp each way. Run on the hour.
  19. On my 9 niter on Liberty September’25 sail they added Sydney Nova Scotia.
