Men. Shoes, slacks and a dress shirt. That would be the minimum. Lady. Dress slacks, shoes, nice blouse. That would be the minimum. However there are many that could care less.
Smaller portions will not be a problem. We usually cannot eat all they serve us anyhow. I asked if we could share like we do in many restaurants. Answer. NO! Another words. Buy one and just split it between us.
Tips are like food. Everyone has there own taste. Every will tip EXTRA or not. That is how life is. If you do not like what you are getting paid. Go get a different job that pays more. I am not the one to help someone's employee get a higher pay. Most but not all of us did just that in our lives. You move up the ladder IF you want to. Your choice no one else's.
You paid 18% when you purchased the bubbles package. I think that is enough. I wish everything they added the 18% to they just sell you that with it already added. Why tack it on? Guess to make you think you are paying less for that item. That is like the 9/10 of a cent for a gal of gas. How many realize you have been charged a penny for every gal of gas you ever purchased. No one sees it anymore.
How long does the water to evaporate out of the trap? I read where the Mardi Gras had that problem. That is a fairly new ship. Never had the toilet trap evaporate even after 6 months of non use. Must be a small tap. You would think by now that problem would ahve been solved.
Why so much of a problem on the Liberty. No other ships are mentioned. Yes were were on a cruise were it did smell, do not remember what ship. Long time ago.
We always do the Steakhouse on the first night. They sometimes include it for the second night also. It includes a FREE bottle of wine or 50% off a bottle of your choice. The food has always been excellent. We usually cannot eat it all.
It happens when there is a problem with the system and it over flows in the cabins. It can happen on ANY ship. Usually caused by passengers tossing items in the toilet that should not be. I am sure Carnival and any cruise line does not want that smell anywhere on the ship. They will certainly cure the problem as fast as they can.
We do exactly the same. I have heard it is not a good idea to do this. No matter. We do it. it is the way it was done many years ago and we liked it that way.
I hate, hate, hate all the gratuity add ons. Why not just sell at the final cost. Let's say the mug is $5.00 and then 18% gratuity. Just sell it at $5.90 and give the customer the correct TOTAL price you will pay for the item. We would really like that. How about you?
