That was the earliest you could walk off the ship. I don’t know what time we got back to Miami, but when I walked around the ship at 5:45 AM we were already docked. It has to clear customs get the walk ways in place first. You can't just walk off as soon as the lines are thrown.

Yes. It shows up on the cashiers side.

It shouldn’t include it as port charges and gratuities vary depending on the ports and how many nights.
Why would I want someone to list a cruise that includes flights?I don’t fly, so the information is worthless.
Data wouldn’t include variables, only base fare.Actually I think it should include port charges and taxes. That is the way most people have been listing it.

It should everything you have to pay, along with the base fare because you have to pay it to take the cruise. That includes gratuities, taxes and fees, and port charges. If you aren’t paying for all of these, share how you do it.
It is easier to compare the deals without gratuities. The gratuities for a seven day cruise are the same no matter what the ship or destination. Royal lists it without gratuities. Don't make this into another tipping thread. It is for comparing deals not how much your total bill will be.

I didn't think Junior Suites ever included internet. When I looked previously it didn't.

I’m guessing all the regulars and loyalist will be sailing. Vision and Radiance class in the future 🥰
I like Royal and a fan of their ships for the most part but I think being loyal to a corporation that is only out for the immediate dollar at the expense of service and long term loyalty is out of the question. I will sail on smaller ships if I want to but not because they decide to price me out of the nocer ships.

My travel agent sent me pricing this morning. I don't think it affected the pricing.

We booked Icon the first day it opened. About $1,300 per person for an ocean view balcony. Star today is almost double that. Sorry Royal that is too much. Thanks Jason Liberty! I'll be looking elsewhere.

My guess for the name of ICON 3 is ... Titan of the Seas
Name might be a little close to a cruise ship that didn't work out so well.

They are charging to control capacity. On port days there are few people on the ship so it's not an issue. On Sea days everyone is on the ship so they charge.
Same principal apples to Crowns edge. Even if they ran it 24/7 they could still not put through 50% of the guests on board, Hence they charge
I don't think that even it was free that 50% of the guests would go. Many posts I saw when it was still in planning before there was a fee said they would not do it. $90 is a money grab, not crowd control.

Free on carnival as well as that bicycle type sky ride. They didnt start charging for this type of thing until the roller coaster.
Even the Bolt roller coaster is only $15. $90 is just crazy. Wife and I love doing this type of activity but at $90 that is a no for us.

Michael Bayley made a statement yesterday. There will be no charge for Pizza at Sorrento's. it was just a question on a survey.
Actually he said they are not charging for pizza. He didn't say there will be. Leaves charging for pizza possible in the future.

It’s very good. Even better with Crown Apple. I rarely drink but I will down those suckers
I don't think they have Crown Apple at the bars on board.😞

Dumb question. Does anyone know what a Vegas Bomb is? Anyway, its more like a shot. I'm assuming that would be considered 1 drink?
Looked up the recipe. Sounds good! Crown Royal, peach schnaps, cranberry juice and Red Bull

Make sure that the gratuities are now part of the new final price (port charges, taxes, etc).
If the prices are going up, they might as well include this added expense in.
Quit playing this shell game once and for all.
It is not shell game if everyone is playing the same way. None of the major cruise lines show pricing with the gratuities. If one of the lines did show pricing with the gratuity then theirs would seem higher than the others that don't. And please don't remove gratuities because you can't afford them or think they should be included in the price. You are not punishing the right people.

I think you get an hour in the escape room so you may be optimistic with 8:00 dining.

agree the refundable options are not worth it in my opinion as too pricey
My travel agent always books us with refundable deposits for less than the on line price for non refundable.

someone posted them several pages back in this thread. But the cruisedeckplans dot com site has the current plans if you want to check there.
Thank you!. The other sites just repeated Wonder. Not much different though.

Are updated deck plans available?
We just booked for September 2024. Too much money for us to do inaugural. I don't have to be the first.

Understandable. So Tampa was enforcing boarding times on 10/20?
Yes. They enforced them as long as there was a line. If there was not line it seems you could go right in.

The only ship on the Port Canaveral schedule for 10/29/2022 is Carnival Freedom. Was that your sailing? If so, Carnival’s policies might not be relevant to the OP’s Royal Caribbean sailing.
Sorry I goofed. The one on 10/20 was Tampa I got confused as we had one earlier from Port Canaveral and one 11/20 from port canaveral

I have always liked the beds on Royal Caribbean. I don't like a soft matress. I didn't think they were that hard though. People must like really soft beds.

Our cruise out of Port Canaveral on 10/20/2022 they were being strict about time and had separate lines for different times.

I doubt you will able to bring it back on board the ship. .If they do they will still take it till the end of the cruise.
