We're sailing her in July with our 11 yo granddaughter. She loves to ice skate so I expect she'll love the show. Was wondering if they still have free skate time for guests. Thanks.
I try to remember to use it. Will try to remember next cruise, or the one after. Next one is with our young granddaughter so might not use it then. August on the Jewel will work.
I assume you're in international waters if the casino is open. When we did the circumnavigation in 2020, just before shutdown, casino was closed a lot.
Yes, wander around town, relax by the pool, enjoy a special lunch for b2b passengers. You will have to sign out with your old seapass card and sign back on with the new one (they'll give you instructions a coup.e of days in advance). If you are changing cabins you'll get help doing that. While those newly boarding won't have access to their cabins, you will. Hope that helps.
Try the pool tables. If they're working the gyroscopes on the pool tables keep them level even if everything else is moving. Lots of fun. @alfaeric we'll see you on the TA. Also on the cruise to Norway and Arctic Circle.
On that class of ship we try to get an aft facing cabin. Has some sun and some shade. If mid ship, then not too close to elevators as people tend to stop and talk before heading to cabins. If on a TA and can't get an aft facing cabin, then a south facing cabin. Hope that helps.
Ok. Recently had a bottle of Rosemont Shiraz and also the Grant Burge. I tnink they were bottles we didn't open on the Radiance in October (Vancouver to San Diego and then through the Canal). Since we were driving home after disembarking so we took our unopened wine home.
Just call and see what they have. No commitments. I didn't see flights but called. Didn't like airlines they offered. Told them what airline I wanted and they offered me more agreeable options. Still haven't made a decision. Need a 1 way international flt. Call.
Enjoy. We sailed Radiance from there in February 2020 for the circumnavigation. Great trjp. Was supposed to stay on for a 3rd cruise but covid changed everyone's plans. Btw unless things have changed Australian border forces required us at the end of our 1st cruise, Freemantle, to leave the ship by 9 am and nit return for at least 2 hrs. Found plenty to do in Freemantle.
We've got a suite on a cruise in July that was less than a balcony. When I called the next day to pay the deposit I expected them to say they made a mistake and sorry. Didn’t. Took the deposit. No problem. It is half the price listed the day I paid the deposit. That was months and months ago. Moved it to ta. No problem.
Correct. Would need to contact Miami. Amazes me the number of people who don't check their account during the cruise until they're walking off the ship. A little late to figure it out. Need to do it during the cruise.
I wonder if receiving your 2nd seapass card in your cabin may have to do with location/country of 2nd cruise. Most of ours have been in US. In Australia the rules were very different. Required to leave ship by 9 am and could not return for 2 hrs!
I've never received 2nd seapass card in my cabin. You usually receive a letter in your cabin a couple of days in advance with instructions on what to do on turnover day.
As to checkin, we always do it.
