  1. Luggage tag will be on last page of edocs. We put 2 on a bag so print out as many as you want.
  2. Canada cancelled all their covid protocols. On the other hand it your cruise is 10 days or more currently Royal seems to require a test. When is your cruise? Rules might change between now and then.
  3. You've mentioned that port times were cut a couple of times. Any reason? Any engine issues? We're on the TA so concerned.
  4. Make sure you have all your reservation numbers, cancelled cruise and new one. Also fcc certificate number.
  5. Yes as to 12/31, but actually can be until 1 year from the sail date of the cancelled cruise, whichever is later. Used fcc on a 8/28 cruise from a 1/9 cancelled Jewel cruise. 2 phone calls later extra points added. And the problem was solved because I had the fcc numbers they could trace. Still have 1 fcc from that cancelled cruise using 1/6. Figure we'll have to call about that one also.
  6. There's a possibility Ban will stay on through the 10/17 crossing.
  7. The person currently onboard Anthem and who is posting a live report says Ban is still on Anthem. Change hasn't occurred yet.
  8. It's been a while since we've been on the Anthem but I recall gluten free area in the far back of WJ that made delicious crepes. Don't need gf but loved the crepes!
  9. Speak with the headwaiter 1st day and they will make sure you have what you need. Also check with an officer in Windjammer. Royal is very good about working with you on food issues. Note that in WJ many items are labeled gluten free or vegan.
  10. When we are on b2b and bring extra wine we each take 2 bottles and go through separate security lines. We also carry both SetSail passes just in case they connect us.
  11. Cabin steward will also get you glasses and replace, or wash, when used.
  12. Trying to remember whether they were asked in August.
  13. In addition to those questions, which you can answer now, they usually ask about how you feel, i.e., cold symptoms, exposure to someone with covid, and similar questions if I recall. They usually appear 24 hrs in advance.
  14. On app, on the bottom, either use Check-in or Health. Usually done 24 hrs before sailing.
  15. Did the rest of your group have the same final payment date?
  16. My only other suggestion is email mbayley@rccl.com. the people there seem to be able to get things done. I agree that your final payment date seems strange for a December sail date. I just authorized final payment for a January 6th cruise. Final payment date is October 8th.
  17. Don't take this the wrong way. We absolutely love the cabin. Very spacious and comfortable. Yes, like everything else on board it needs updating. Cabin attendant is great, as is the rest of the crew. The only problem is the balcony. This is an aft facing cabin. Knew it would have an obstructed view from the super structure. Again no problem. The problem is that cabin and balcony are set back about 30 feet from the aft of the ship. We seldom, if ever, get a breeze. The heat builds up on the completely covered balcony and it's very hot out there, even at night. We often walk on deck 4 in the evening. We sit on the chairs. Always get a breeze. I assume in January this wouldn't be a problem but beware of August sailing from Galveston! Very, very hot!
