Actually you don't need to complete the check in. You just need to start it and pick your boarding time. You can finish, including adding passport, at a more civilized hour.

On 11/30, just after midnight ship's boarding port time. So if you're boarding in Miami, checkin begins just after midnight 11/30 Est. If it doesn't work on the app try using the website. All you need to do is start the checkin and pick your boarding time for your group. The rest can be done later.
