Without knowing which ship you'll be sailing, it will be easier to tell you which Carnival ships (Do Not) have Self-Service Laundry Rooms.

Self-Service Launderettes are featured on most Carnival ships (With The Exception Of The Following:

• Carnival Celebration, Carnival Jubilee & Mardi Gras (Do Not) have washers & dryers; but have ironing rooms on several stateroom decks.

• Carnival Firenze, Carnival Luminosa & Carnival Venezia (Do Not) have washers, dryers nor ironing rooms.

All other Carnival ships have Self-Service Laundry Rooms.

As far as I know Ol' Fashioned BBQ is currently still available for lunch on Valor. Deck 10, aft...

Embarkation Day Hours Are:

11am to 3:30pm

Regular Hours Are:

12pm to 2:30pm

Ol’ Fashioned BBQ is available for lunch on Conquest, Freedom, Glory, Liberty, Luminosa, Splendor, and Valor.

Of course (food is subjective, especially here on Cruise Critic) and this menu is subject to change because Thanksgiving didn't happen yet. However this will give people a fairly good idea of what is to come. 

Last years Thanksgiving Dinner was yummy delish!

Yes & No..... Yes the (input) on cruise ship televisions are easy to change by binging your own universal remote control. HDMI ports are not disabled (as stated by Carnival below) only the ability to change the input on the remote controls are disabled.
