I have a soda package. I’m trying to find out is it all soda  cans on the ship or do they have a soda dispenser ? That you might use your room card on

    Hi @NJEMT29🙂

On Mardi Gras there are soda dispensers in the Buffet; in the Pig & Anchor; and (I think) in Family Harbor Lounge. Do a Google search, there's a handful of videos available online.

Is the second formal night on a seven day cruise carnival celebration September 9 realistically

    Hi @reggie50🙂

Not quite certain what your question is, but elegant nights for the Celebration sailing September 9th to 17th are:

    1st Elegant Evening

    September 10th

    2nd Elegant Evening

    September 15th

We are cruising on my 4 year old’s birthday. I’ve never really cared to decorate a room before. What are the guidelines for light decorating? I have looked on Carnival, but still not sure.

Any serious draw backs to a cove.

    Hi @6fan🙂

Just something to keep in mind & be prepared for.

If warranted by weather, wind, rough seas, etc...Crew will close the Storm Door on a cove balcony & the balcony will be off limits, unusable & inaccessible for a period of time.

This does not happen frequently, but this definitely does occur. Even though some members will say this has never happened to them, it does not mean it doesn't happen.

The cove balcony storm doors are there for a reason & are certainly used when needed.

    Other drawbacks are:

Balcony can get wet & salty.

    Further walking to venues.

Balcony can feel too enclosed for some people.

Note what is above your cabin. Especially kitchen areas.

Balcony might be too shady for some people.

I just watched a video from 5 days ago stating there were bed bug issues on the Carnival Horizon. Has anyone heard the same?  We are cruising on her, next year mind you, and find this worrisome.

    Hi @Heimey🙂

I saw the video as well. This issue occurred to one family on Horizon. For better context, I'll put the video below.

    Hi @Gari🙂

The information listed on Carnivals Website; on the Prohibited Items & Exemptions Page; it states in the (Exemptions List) that fans brought onboard are to be no larger than 12" in diameter.
