We are on the Harmony that week. Otherwise I would have jumped on it.

Cruise lines are recording record breaking bookings and capacities.  Simple supply and demand.  I have been seeing some more reasonably priced sailings last minute which is better than before.

It only makes sense,since they have priority tags when leaving. Hope they do this at every port! 

They will be on the outside of your door when rooms open.  Use your setsail pass for any drinks, etc beofre rooms are opened.

How do you print luggage tags from the app?

Are the F and F normally only for insides or do they have suites and balconies

Just off Explorer.  Its not new and fancy, but has many activities

Pros:

There are not crazy crowds

No crazy lines for mtd dining.

Easy to get around

Peeka boo bridge that looks into the bridge

Helipad you can go out on

No huge lines getting on and off the ship.  

Dining room food not too bad.

Bar service excellent

Cons:

Huge line at guest services always with very little staff.

Internet and Chat function sucks,kicks you off and is very slow.

Odd smells in different parts of the ship.

Not a lot of options for lunch on sea days,no Solarium cafe or park cafe.

Windjammer food options not too great.

Just make sure if you use your passport, that you get your correct c/a points ifyour c/a number is in your maiden name.  Years ago, my twins c/a numbers were reversed, which resulted in having 2 different c/a numbers that had to get merged.

Thanks to a heads up from my ta after seeing something on cc regarding weather updates on royalcaribbean.com this sailing cannot get into Ravenna and has to leave from Treaste September 24th. We are in Venice so not a big deal for us but feel sorry for all those who are in Ravenna and Bologna.

I did a mock booking in May 2024 and it is 7904 before taxes for the crown loft.

the GS/JS combo is 5466 and 4050 so it is 2k less for the crown loft which has 2 stories and 2 bathrooms.

It depends, normally minor children are allowed the perks, but this was pre covid.  If you book both adults in the GS and the kids in the connection/next door you should be fine.  I would also look at the 2 bedroom gs and crown loft, you may find it cheaper since passenger 3/4 are much less.

Just to be safe, bring her birth certificate and her marriage license in addition to her passport.

We go down to South Beach for a quieter time.  We dont live near a beach and enjoy the clean beach with no obnoioux sales people at most of the Caribbean beaches.  That's the beauty of cruising, options for all.
