On Oasis class the suite sun deck has chilled towels at the bar for you. That perk is not listed anywhere. I found out by chance. Enjoy.
-
One perk that people don't know about. The bar has chilled face towels in a cooler at the bar.

Unless something has changed recently, you don't show any documents to Mexican officials (aside from seapass when ready to board again).
RIIIGHT. Because no one loses a passport.
The last 2 cruises recently you are required to being photo if is off the ship. The ports were Nassau Cozumel and Jamaica.

There is a welcome aboard show with comedians that is family friendly on the first night in the ice rink

I was in the suite lounge earlier and they were notified of a coast guard inspection. It may delay embarkatiom

Someone reporting on Oasis in Sky class said they were told the Evian wouldn't be replaced, said he could go to the SL and get a different brand of bottled water. I'm sure they are still working out all of the kinks and confusion.

This is true on oasis. The sL gives bottled water. The brand is ice river springs.

As I was told by rc when I inquired through Facebook, Coastal kitchen staff are paid through your Mdr tips. That is why they ask your room number There also seems not to be an assistant, so maybe they get their portion as well. We normally tip over and above to both Mdr and coastal kitchen and speciality.

I am on this sailing as well and found out the thermal 1 day pass can only be used on port days according to the spa representatives.

So we chose poorly and went to the suite reception instead of the meet & mingle. Been trying to spot some pink boas! I'm doing a review on Twitter from one of the star class suites, but if you walk around deck 16 and see 2 people sitting in the balcony wth the hot tub, yell up to us. I'll give you 2 guesses at the names! We'd love to meet you all!
You guys are great! Thanks for the tour of your room.

Florida Keys Cruiser and MKBruce:
Caribbean Tom and I thinking about doing a cocktail hour with us star class suites and putting the in-room cocktails to the test. Let us know if you're interested :D
Here's is Tom's burner email and he has my real email address if you all want to join in: CTBurner@outlook.com
Sounds like a good idea. We once had a progressive dinner with some suite guests we met in the concierge lounge. We had apps in one room. Main course in another and desert in another and after dinner drinks in the concierge lounge.
I wonder how they would handle non star class guests if they were invited.

We are staying at gallery one doubletree. Will traffic be impacted there as well on Saturday. We may have to order an uber.
-
Maybe they will have a suite pinnacle dropped point at the port to ensure quick delivery. Eek
-
Maybe they r running it for a tip
-
Thanks for the heads up, but we can't take advantage of it. It is a pretty good deal! Good find.
-
I'll let you know what happens Saturday. We're arriving at an arranged time before 1pm and the genie told us not to give up our luggage until the genie services team fetches us. She said we would be taken straight to the suite, so I'd agree that yes, the star class suites will likely be ready prior to 1pm. I was surprised to hear her terminology of 'team', it definitely sounded like there will be a separate area as star class arrives.
We will be there on sat as well but only in a cls. It sounds like curb to room service. What a great way to start.
-
It sounds like the luggage is delivered immediately through your genie which means maybe your room will be ready before 1 ish. Hopefully someone will confirm

Heading out on Oasis next week and will report back in , I am also booked on the President's Cruise on Allure in September and will make sure I print out the "suite" perk of priority disembarkation. Who knows, maybe I will meet Mr. Bayley personally and ask.....:p

I cancelled this trip when they cancelled the first time. I had the Royal suite booked. I didn't want to be on one of the first sailings. I am so glad I did. I hope itworks out for you and they provide great service.

We just got off of a 3 day sailing. We normally sail in a Gs or above on most ships and run across suite guest and high level c and a. On this enchantment cruise we only saw 2 other couples during cocktail hour. There were several c and a members. If they go to a suite only then the poor concierge and bar server won't end up with any tips.
-
See you onboard!! Careful. We booked our first suite 15 years ago. Never went back to anything else!! Lol. Hopefully the new suite benefits will be on Navigator by then.
What new suite benefits? I'm getting my hopes up.

I sailed this weekend in a gs for 775 pp which did not include balcony discount taxes or grays. With everything added it came to about 1500.00 with a 125.00 obc from a ta. I also won 300.00 on the wheel of fortune.? So it turned out a little cheaper.
-
You won't find out until about 5-10 days before your cruise
-
I think this may be a test to see if people will purchase water for use on board which would possibly cause a more restrictive water in luggage policy.
Question Re: Sky Suite Class VOOM Access
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
Yes you get the surf and stream. I was able to FaceTime and Netflix. On both devices. The access code is tapped to your sea pass card when you check in. It does not log you off after inactivity.
