  1. Thank you that's very reassuring. We were on Silhouette last summer but didn't take much notice as we didn't have mum with us.
  2. I get military discount but have never seen a tick box. I have to call X to book. Is this new or only for US bookings ? I'm in the UK.
  3. Would this be the same for Silhouette? We are going to be on next June with my mum who has mobility issues. Hope so . It would be great for her to access the pool.

  5. We've got a cruise booked for 17 June 2023. I seem to recall that on past cruises that I was able to access the App to look for shore excursions and dining straight away. All I'm seeing is "We are working on the fun, check back soon". I've tried reinstalling the App, no difference. When is it typically available?

  7. Hi we have booked this cabin for June next year and cannot find any reference to it on the spreadsheet. Can anyone shed some light on it please? Particularly with regard to noise and view. Thanks.

  10. They will be in a standard balcony so there will be no tub to worry about. We will mostly be with them to fetch and carry etc but wanted them to feel independent of us rather than reliant on us. I forgot about the tenders, I will have to choose an itinerary carefully. Hopefully they will be able to use the disabled seating area at the back of the theatre rather than going down the steps to the seating.
  11. Hi we are planning to take my elderly in-laws on a cruise next summer from Southampton. Previously they have sailed on RCCL and although they don't use wheelchairs my mum in particular has mobility problems. She needs help with carrying plates and trays in the buffet and cannot do stairs at all. Has anyone had experience of Celebrity with mobility problems and how easy was it to find the help you need particularly in the current covid climate?

  14. We were originally going to be on the pasta factory trip. We never got to do the cruise in the end but I did query the fact that the excursion was on a Sunday but in the t&C's X clearly stated that the factory was not open on Sundays. Never got an answer despite many emails and hours on hold. This was way back in February. Surprise surprise!

  18. They sent me an email about my upcoming cruise and told me I had £450 OBC. Problem is that I cancelled that cruise months ago and never paid the balance. I wonder what the response would have been had I turned up! 🤣
